Isn’t it amazing how some random caring person at the gym managed to cure him and his doctor couldn’t. It shows how little doctors actually know about the human metabolism.

I just started on this diet a few weeks ago because of my eczema as it got to the point where I was in so much pain I couldn't sleep at night. So far good results, I can bend my fingers again and have been sleeping really well. Still a ways to go but it's like night and day

Hey, the diet worked wonders for me too. I also find that sometimes even conventional pork and chicken can cause flare ups. I stick to beef, lamb, organs, salt and water and it works wonders. Exercise is also huge. Working out, getting real sweaty, then taking a super cold shower helps a lot

15:17 Exposure to sulfur dioxide may cause irritation to the eyes, nose, and throat. Symptoms include: nasal mucus, choking, cough, and reflex bronchi constriction, and when liquid: frostbite Workers may be harmed from exposure to sulfur dioxide. The level of exposure depends upon the dose, duration, and work being done.
I would argue it also depend on the individuals tolerance.

I have psoriasis and I have been considering this diet for a long time. Besides skin flare ups, I seem to have a lot of neck pain/head aches/shoulder pain... quite chronic tension in my muscles in my neck and shoulders etc. ( I have seen physios/osteos/chiros etc...some relief but not much)... So this is another reason I am wanting to try the diet, to see if it has any effect on my achey body!
Im just really cautious about the transition stage as when my pain flares up it can cause me anxiety. Which is why I don't fast often as it can kick off a head ache (after breaking the fast especially)... Any tips on the transition phase?
Also I work in construction as a builder, so I use a lot of energy physically in a day... Would I need to eat more than the average on a carnivore diet?
Thanks, really enjoying the content its making me feel inspired and hopeful

I don't have psoriasis, but have heard that it leads to psoriatic arthritis, if carnivore could slow that course, then the sooner you. start, the better.

I have permanent solution for Eczema. No any food restriction, No creams, No medicines. But Just a single unique Natural Method. You can live life like a normal human.
Definition of cure is simple. One should be able to do every thing that an average person is able to do.
For a diabetic, he should be able to consume sugar. For a BP patient he should be able to consume salt.
For an acidity patient he should be able to eat spices as much as any other person is able to. Taking a bland diet is just temporary

I was nervous about telling my wife. She was like ‘whatever you’re fat and unhealthy anyway’ haha true love 💕. She’s fully supportive. She wants me to be healthy. She knows what I’m like without it. She’s now very animal based (even whilst pregnant). Still eating a few carbs here and there but not much. She eats fruit still. Sensible to be cautious when pregnant. She fully supports feeding the kids the same animal based diet she’s eating. She used to give me half her steaks. Now she demands half of mine 😉😱🤷

@@Themeatmedic I have some family who are committed vegetarian verging on vegan. I worry about them, they worry about me 🥴 They and other family members eat a heavy carbohydrate diet and struggle with health complaints. I have cleaned up my own health complaints by going low carb, eating lots of lovely red meat and healthy animal fats. I have also lost excess weight. I still find it difficult when I am with my family as I feel they are a bit unhappy if I don’t want to eat what they have provided, I often just eat something I don’t really want to eat just to make the situation emotionally easier for all.

  • @Zill7711

It seems vegan represents innocence and purity and red meat represents bad thoughts and actions.
People don’t like the thought of having to kill an animal to eat.
I know I am a carnivore at heart. I love all animals and never want to cause an animal distress, but I also want to eat them. My body loves meat. To test myself I have been to abattoirs and also butchered animals to eat. I know eating meat is what my body needs.

we can love and respect animals and still eat them. humans were designed to eat meat. if they ever make a genuinely like for like artificial replacement, fine, but until then, real meat is the best.

When you die, have your body buried in the woods. You will nourish the earth and thereby the animals. On the movie Kundin about the early years about the early years of the current Dalai Lama, his mother died. The monks drained her body and rapped her up in white cloth. They they took her outside and cut her up, giving her body to the vultures.

Dr. Suresh. Thank you for your videos. I have severe psoriasis. And this podcast made me worry about my carnivore diet as I am only eating Australian meat. I only eat Australian grass fed ribeyes and lamb loin chops. I'm in US and Weis grocery store has both fairly priced and both grass-fed. But then I see videos like this talking about the same skin disorders immune suppressant illnesses and then I find that Australia has the highest rate of cancer in the world. And here I am eating only Australian meat. Do you really feel this is safe for me to continue a diet of only Australian meat? Thanks much for your opinion 😊
