I took an expanded blood test that covers almost everything. My A1C was at 5.7 which is slightly above what "it should be" (almost pre diabetic), but all my other markers were good to were doctors, on both times, asked me what I was supplementing with, to which I responded "only meat and eggs" and a spoon or two of vanilla ice-cream once in a blue moon (maybe twice a month). So this example, myself, shows that an elevated A1C doesn't necessarily come with other metabolic or health issues like the doctor suggested. Ok back to the video...

Had serious night cramps ruining my life years ago long before carnivore and keto fasting. I took quinine, and it worked excellent. But I wasn’t sure about long term use. I tried high potency liquid minerals and that to worked excellent. But had sugar in it. I improved my digestion and that helped. However, I still had some cramping mostly calf and foot. Then I tried iron and zinc and I seem to be free now. I still take magnesium but if I slack off, I can feel them wanting to return. Good luck to everyone out there searching for answers

I had several bouts of gout up until March of 2024. I went all in on carnivore for 6 months. I did have a few flare ups but the last flare up was very minimal compared to the previous ones. I had went from 226 pounds to a comfortable 190 pounds and have maintained that weight eating about 80-85% carnivore/keto diet. Haven't had a flare up since the first part of August of 2024. It feels like I have found a comfortable balance in my diet now. Cutting out processed foods, seed oils and sugars was my biggest improvement. Thank you for your video on this topic...

1 lean chicken breast a day? That is insane. Of course you can eat chicken, pork, fish, whatever meat you want but you should definitely prioritize at least some kind of ruminant cow, goat, bison, yak as the main staple. Many people going carnivore still avoid red meat because they're so brainwashed.

I like this approach, but I have one question: doesn’t it take you out of ketosis? I was also once thinking about eating a full banana each month to train myself to switch from ketosis to glucose and back to ketosis. Haha, I’m not sure if that’s a good idea. Too bad there isn’t much research on the actual healthy aspects of things like this.

Oh boy, this is so wrong. Check for some actual science... Unbelievable BS here. 1. Evolution: Anthropology shows, that people ate what they had available. The "caveman ate meat" story is just wrong. Why do you think we can eat almost everything? Why are humans the only species that can live in so many places? Because they are used to eat everything, not only meat. Why can we eat berries, roots, starches, fruits and green leaves? No animal can eat all these. So case number one: We are used to eat everything, not only meat, as stated in the vid. 2. Every scientific study shows, that saturated fats are unhealthier than unsaturated fats, all else equal. Every study shows that people who go low on meat live healthier. 3. Of course is highly processed food a problem. Who ever said it was good for you? This argument goes really nowhere... Has anyone ever seen a official health advice that says: drink a lot of sugar stuff and eat a lot of burgers? No, you haven't 4. The evolution story is in itself flawed: Evolution just cares about you until you have procreated. The stuff killing us today is coronary stuff, strokes etc, stuff that happens later in life. Just because your ancestors ate it, does not mean it would keep you healthy for a long time. By the way: You say you have solid scientific proof. Yet you do not link one study at all. Show me one study that says: meat improves health. You won't find one. I bet you 50 Dollar.

Hi, how does carnivore diet effect stamina and endurance? I'm an ex-bowel cancer patient, losing ~1/3 of my large intestine (lower), have since struggled with food: intake, output, bloating, extreme gas, cramps and general discomfort. I find that on a carnivore type diet i become regular, and most symptoms fade away. However, due to the enduro mx that I undertake, having large energy stores is a must, what effect will carnivore and the encompassed type fasting have on stamina and endurance? Happy to have a verbal convo; If you watch any of my enduro videos, you will see the type of physical and mental strengths I require and situations I put myself into. Cheers Mike. Also - side note, I am currently listening to your podcasts on the carnivore diet on Spotify.

I've been what I call 'almost carnivore' for at least 3 years, reversed reduced kidney function, hypertension, the need for a knee replacement and the athritis that was part of the need for the surgery, the colpased fracture in my patella according to my surgeon in his own words 'seems to be repairing itself', also massively reduced a chronic sinus problem I've had since I was a kid which had got to the point where within a couple of weeks after getting over the last sinus infection another one would be starting Haven't been on any medication for over 2 years whereas it used to eleven of them, allsorts of other beneficial changes, weight was never a huge problem for me but at 60 years old I'm back to the shame sort of shape was as a keen martial artist in my twenties Aside from the meat, fish & eggs I do have some dairy sourced from local farms including raw milk, eat some vegetables about twice a week, mainly onions, peppers and leafy greens, also what we Brits call chips twice a week, double-fried in beef dripping [tallow] So I would definitely agree that a small amount of carbs alongside eating mostly meat and eggs can definitely work, and it does make it more sustainable, I do about 3 days a week of completely carnivore, also do time-restricted feeding style intermittent fasting where I tend to eat all my food within a 6-8 hour window, one day a week I'll only eat once and every 6-8 weeks I'll do a fast around 36 hours After 5 or 6 years of experimentation that seems to be what works best for me

I think you’ve found the sweet spot! I am carnivore but I do a tiny serving of berries in the morning with breakfast and I dont feel like I’m missing out anymore. I dont miss vegetables at all. I think animal based is good for those with extremely high metabolism who are losing way more weight than they want to. For those of us who gain weight easily I think we need to keep carbs to one serving a day or less.

I appreciate very much this content Suresh! Yet I am confused about one aspect. According to the Chromometer app, macros do indeed indicate carb intake whenever I eat fatty meat. But how can one "bump up" to 30g (or more) a day when only adding a couple mushrooms, or 2 tbsp of peas, or 1/2 a carrot? When punching those macros in, the carb increase is noticeable, but never reaches the suggested 30g-ish amount. It is easy to reach a higher carb count by adding more in the plate, although my portions then look more like an extra 1/2 cup or a full cup (ie: 1 cup of green peas = 16g net carbs). Any hint as to how one can increase the carb intake while relying on tbsp realm of quantities? Or am I perhaps being too rigid? Thanks a million :)

Polypropylene glycol is metabolized as an oxalate…perhaps our treatment of ‘antifreeze’ poisoning is an access point to their removal? The three ‘suffix’ groups for oxalate removal - ‘acetate, propionate, and bytulrate’(sorry I’m not a chemist)… I’m trying 20 ml apple cider vinegar in 8 oz water bid…followed by 300mg calcium citrate….the vinegar ‘apparently’ may loosen the imbedded crystals in the gi tract, and they then bind to the calcium (which prefers the oxalate to the citrate…)…. I’m 76. Every surgery, medical intervention I’ve had has been caused by oxalates! (Except traumas)….Now they want to CUT INTO MY EYES ! No, thanks. My GP just screamed at me on the telephone….”…that (a carnivoire diet) will kill you….! “….so no help there….. I have some strategies….vulvitis is absolutely crazy making….I use icy cold water instead of paper, and a topical anti itch ( since antihistamines deplete acetylcholine-ie.increases senile dementia)….that inflammation seems to worsen urinary incontinence - commercial products seem to worsen inflammation so I’ve made ‘napkins’ from flannel for at home-and replace them when even a bit damp. I’ve been mostly carnivore for 2 years….. but I was a heavy spinach muncher! I appreciate your presentation….thanks…. I recall a toxicology course, that the birth of a baby is one method by which a mom does remove toxic products from her body…..wow - there’s a rabbit hole ! 🇨🇦🙏

Bottom line on the Randel "Cycle" (IMHO) is when Fats, Sugar, and Insulin are all high too often... the high fat decreases Cellular Sugar Uptake (i.e. Insulin Resistsnce) and the Higher Insulin forces Fat Storage and greatly reduced Fat Lipolysis (low fat utilization). This describes exactly what we see in the world population. Pile on a bunch of Toxins and Lifestyle Changes (Estrogenic Toxins, Blue Light, "Isothermalism", and Acrylamides, etc.) that all degrade Mitochondrial Function & you get a Metabolic Disease Epidemic.... that "Medicine" CAN NEVER FIX.

Thanks for touching on lymphoma. I have a 46 yo nephew starting to suffer from pain due to lymphoma. (non-hodg). I'd therefore appreciate a fuller discussion for better understanding, even better to know if it can be reversed w/ minimal medical treatment.
