In today's vlog we head to Disney's Wilderness Lodge Resort to check in for our Disney staycation! We've never stayed at this resort and we were so excited to book our stay! Staying at the cabins was definitely on our Disney bucket list and we were not disappointed! We take you on a full tour of the cabin and then we head out to Disney Springs for a delicious dinner at Wine Bar George, it's one of our favs for sure! We wanted to say a huge thank you to Wine Bar George for inviting us out for dinner! Then we head back to cabin and call it night. Stay tuned for more Disney staycation fun tomorrow! That “abstract” art in the master bedroom was actually a map showing Washington State and the border into Oregon below. Logging was a huge industry in the Pacific NW, and I’d bet you those photos of loggers on the walls are from that general area too.

It looks so amazing there. I can't help but imagine how wonderful it would be to spend Christmas there. String some garland and lights over the fireplace, put up a tree. That would be the best
Tim and Jenn gives us a tour of the cabin and I'm all like...There's a clothesline in the shower😃, there are automated blackout curtains😮, there's a double sided fireplace😯, there's a rain head shower😁, there's a TV in the mirror🥳, there's a jacuzzi 😍....the more you showed us around the cabin my head was like🤯😍😍😍😍. Man, it is BEAUTIFUL there! I've never been to Wine Bar George but after that yummy looking dinner, I will definitely be going haha. What an amazing day that was! Thank. You for sharing❤️... This is our dream stay at Disney. We saw the video where you toured these cabins in the past and fell in love with the cabin. I thought this might be where you guys were staying. You had mentioned that this was a bucket list stay for you. I am so happy for you and thank you so much for letting us live through you. I look forward to your videos. We watched your Treehouse video a couple weeks ago, and thought “we have RCI points to use (another timeshare company that can allow us to stay at Disney if there’s room, like now). So, we booked Old Key West... leaving Saturday, Aug 29th). We toured Beach Club, Boardwalk, Riviera, and the cabins at CC. (We walked right past your cabin Wed, right before the live stream from the splash area). We ended up with 100 points at OKW (to start).
We really enjoy watching your adventures, and watching Jackson’s actions. I hope Disney realizes how much your channel helps them out, and you guys get more perks and trips.😉 and we hope you enjoy the cabin!!!! So jealous. 😉😉😉

It’ll forever remain a pipe dream for us to stay in a cabin or treehouse or any DVC property but watching you enjoy them makes us feel like we are there and experiencing it so thanks.
Looking forward to when we have our own little bundle (due on Jackson’s first birthday) that we can bring into the magic of Disney.

My husband says I tried to kill him on our honeymoon with the shower clothesline. We were touring the room, the way you and Jen did. I didn’t latch it properly, and it whizzed back into the wall, whipping past him. (He was fine, and we are still happily married, lol so it wasn’t a deal breaker.)

they’re also disney vacation club members so it might be that they can use their points towards the stay or get a better price, as well as the AP discount. i don’t wanna say for sure, but it is a possibility that the price listed isn’t what they ultimately paid
also, if you have a disney credit card, you can use the points for rewards on a majority of disney purchases. maybe they do it as a business expense also since this is their job, it’s hard to know
Golden Oak houses start at $2.2M to $6M in the “regular” neighborhoods. The Four Seasons neighborhood seems to start around $6M, but that may be only the houses listed so far.

I toured the community not long after it opened, back when prices were $1-2 million. One house had a winding staircase and the buyer had a full length stained glass window behind it showing the castle at the top and Cinderella running down the stairs to the bottom, with the Prince and her glass slipper behind her. The same guy had custom made oak doors made, each carved with different characters (Snow White and the 7 dwarves, etc). He'd bought the house for his grandkids. Easy to see how the prices shot up....

Watching this video for the 2nd time. I never noticed the pictures of the log rolling. The log flume ride is one of my favorites at any park. I decided to research the history of the ride. It derived from the lumber jacks years ago and how they transported the wood around. Sometimes it was in water and they would ride on them. Just something interesting 🧡🌺

I've always wanted to stay in a cabin like that in the middle of nowhere like in the wilderness or something like I'm kind of camping because I'm always in the city here in London and I have never been anywhere where there's trees around me surrounding me.
Sara Wilcker you really need to explore the UK more and I do not mean just that Cities you will be amazed. Try Center Parcs or better still Forest Hoildays UK.

Music that is piped in is the same music that is playing at the MK. It's such a cool feature. I stayed at a cabin over the holidays and it was so cool having the MK holiday music playing on the back patio.
we were just at Copper Creek . love those villas and love that quiet pool. best music ever out there , so serene, we didnt want to leave to head to the beach club.
