In today's vlog we begin our second day at the Disney's Wilderness Lodge Cascade Cabins! We start with a time lapse of the boats and monorail going by our back patio, it's such a wonderful view to wake up to. We talk about the amazing night of sleep we all got. Then we head out for lunch at Geyser Pointe, the food was SO GOOD! We had a bison burger, edamame and chile lime shrimp! Then our friends Jim and Nicole come over to hang out at the cabin, we had some socially distant friendship time on the back patio and then we head back to Geyser Point for dinner. Tim had food from Roaring Fork but we all ate just outside of Geyser Point, lakeside, we had the most beautiful view of Bay Lake. We highly recommend eating there if you're getting food at Wilderness Lodge! We had salmon, chicken & waffles and beyond burgers! We end the night just hanging out on the patio with our friends. We just lost our brother to colon cancer a few months ago. Stephen will be greatly missed, as well as Chadwick. Thank you for highlighting colon cancer. Cancer steals too many young people from us.

I lost my father to colorectal cancer 10 years ago. I still miss him everyday. Its a cancer no one talks about because of what it deals with. There are no cute slogans and let's be honest its not a pleasant location to think about. Its one of the reasons I will always love and respect Sharon Osbourne because of the work she does for this type of cancer.... and I normally dislike celebrities lol

I lost my "high school dad" about 12 yrs ago to colon cancer. He was the dad of our group of friends. He was a janitor for our high school and not a day went by that he looked sick or acted sick. So like with Chadwick we were all VERY shocked when he passed. He was the 1st person I knew at that time to pass away from cancer. My heart goes out to the entire Boseman family and to anyone effected by any cancers.
I can’t wait to see Jackson walking beside you guys. The ending made me teary, my grandmother died of colon cancer she was 91 but when you see someone that young die, it’s really made you think about everything in your life. 😢
Chadwick Boseman’s death hurt me. I went to see Black Panther for my birthday. I loved seeing a superhero for kids that looked like me and children who needed a superhero. Wakanda Forever❣️ Thank you Mr. Boseman for bringing so many of my heroes to the big screen through your fight. We barely saw your struggle through greatness. Truly, a legend taken far too soon. Thank you Trackers for taking a moment for King T’Challa.
The ending made me tear up. Such a tremendous loss. We are huge Marvel fans, my daughter especially. We're about to watch Black Panther again right now.

My 8 month old absolutely loves Jackson. Whenever he comes on our television he always stops what hes doing and waves - they are so alike I feel!. He also recognises both your voices 😂🙈

Thanks for supporting colon cancer research. My grandpa passed from it about 3 or 4 years ago. We miss him every day.

When entire resort facility is a ghost-town and the sports empire occupying their bubble having abrogated their agreement, is treating the customer with such casual disregard to be the standard for Disney World? It's certainly happened to me before. Strange they'd wish to cause me to feel it again by proxy. Feeling it with you now.

Geyser Point is definitely on the top of our resort restaurant list! Everything that we had was so good! Except the crispy oysters lol. I do wish we got more time at the pool tho. Thank you for watching! :-)

If you go to see Ole' Faithful at Yellowstone, you can get a good view from inside of the cafe. And some bison burgers as well.
Yellowstone is such a cool trip to take, regardless of the reason why. Just being able to look up at the night sky and see all the stars, and the satelites, is really a humbling experience. Ol' Faithful is amazing (and her faithfulness has changed over the years due to erosion of the pressure chamber,) and the other cool natural wonders in the area (paint pots, hot springs, Morning Glory Spring, etc) are worth the journey.
They should go check out Yellowstone and video it!
As someone who lost her mom to colon cancer 11 years ago this December I want to say thank you for shining a light on this organization. I definitely teared up thank you so much from the bottom of my heart.

Thank you for mentioning screenings! You are the only people that have for this tragedy. Its such a preventable cancer- unfortunately both my parents passed away from colon cancer. I started getting screenings at 39- please everyone get screenings!!!

Slowly but surely those babes start to let you sleep more. Our now 2 1/2 y/o started sleeping through the whole night right around his 1st birthday. It's amazing to get a full nights sleep 95% of the time. He still has occasional midnight wake ups.

We have been watching for years and love seeing you as parents to your beautiful baby boy! Our baby is now 15 and it is so fun to remember all these amazing milestones. Enjoy every moment!
4:19 - Those are the AC units and the laundry area. When I stayed at the Wilderness Lodge our patio was 4 stories above that area. I paid a a lot of money so that I could have a view of the loading area and laundry?! Very noisy. Kind of a surprise from a Disney resort, especially at that cost. On the plus side, great view of the Contemporary, monorail and fireworks.

We were just staying at Copper Creek last month and we loved Geyser Point Bar & Grill SO MUCH, we ate there two nights in a row! The salad with the salmon was fantastic! The bison burger was awesome! We can't wait to go back! It's truly the perfect place to dine with physical distancing. Thanks for bringing back great memories by sharing your experience with us!

Geyser Point is my favorite place to eat at Disney,and I always get the Bison burger. Tim absolutely yes, you have to see a geyser in person. We went to Yellowstone last year,and it was awesome.

oh on the subject of magic bands - if you order from one resort and then you end up moving your reservation to another resort you need to get a hold of customer service as they may end up at the wrong resort - mine did even though i was told they would follow my reservation information they did not. The CM was super helpful and got us fixed up with temp grey band (the band of shame we call it - for those of us that have locked our fancy one in the room and had to stop and get another one on the way out LOL) and then had the other bands sent over and delivered to our room for us to use the remainder of the time :)

I really miss the Wilderness Lodge so much. The last time we stayed there was 2017. We had a room that had a view of Cinderella Castle and could see the Monorail and had a side view of the Contemporary.

I love fried oysters, but I always fix them better at home. When I'm out I always ask for them to fry them hard or extra crispy so they aren't mushy or goopy inside. It makes a huge difference.

I lived in East TN for 15 years... plenty of time in the smokies Gatlinburg. Pigeon forge and csdes cove.... I never saw a bear LOL My wife and I are the only 2 I think
