Brilliant workout. Couldn't do them at home right due to floorboard and thumping noises. Will say it was still good work with small altercations. Will rest and try the gym again in a few days to see gow the explosive ones get on.

Boy, I wanted to this one as a finisher after a level 5 workout... Let's just say I had to take a lot of extra breaks lol, these clapping push-ups at the end were no joke !
It's been 6month since I follow you and I really love what you do,I so your level 6 workout,Jack the Ripper,15 min Hardcore and some level 5 and this one is really look really hard,i'm gonna try it this week just to see if I can do it like you😅if you want you can do the same thing with squat and other exercices I think it can be good too

Completed this one paired with a 15 minute hardcore bodyweight workout and it made for a truly merciless half hour of exercise right there! Crazy how much of a burn you can get just during different variations of 100 push ups! 💥

tbh theyre different exercises they can't really be compared
Totally agree! This is harder due to lesser muscle group involved vs Burpees. Burpee is more to cardio/stamina/vo2max and this is more Muscle tension 💪
Tried yesterday. Completed 100 push up but it taking me longer time 😅
@@jordanyeohfitnessat the end if I am trying to maintain the perfect form it takes me more time to finish and if I am trying to do this following your pace then I am losing my form.

You should focus on completing it rather than making it perfect. If you complete it then you should make it more challenging.

Here’s a good 11th addition: the slow pushup. Take 30 seconds to go down, then another 30 seconds to go up. You are NOT allowed to go any faster or slower. And FEEL THE BURN!
