Back in the UK i knew a guy through a mutual friend, the guy had a reputation for taking advantage of situations and many unsavoury tales had been told where he had ripped people off one way or another, anyway he got found out cheating by his wife, divorce followed,and a tidy 50\50 settlement was made.
its probably 5/6 years ago he hits thailand, he told me personally that he met the Thai girlfriend, built the house up north, don't know what happened then because his account gets ambiguous.
Anyway the guy ends up back in the UK zero finance status's, grim tale but probably just karma.

Good day Mark, another episode which should now definately open everyones eyes... it's always cool coming home, switching on the TV, moving to your channel and realising, there is a new video... *haha.. you're doing a fantastic job with your "social media experiment" (as you call it) ... i always grab a beer when i see there is new video, not only yesterday.. but this one example of someone being ripped off is just very dramatical. I heard a lot of stories until this day of guys being ripped off for litterally thousands of $$$, some of them have lost their entire capital within just 2-3 years and I'm talking of about 300-500K.. with the result of them moving back here and going back to work... it's just very sad.. but it's not the worst i have every heard about, but surely in the top5... BUT, since the story with Jack is not yet over, i would expect him to climb up the ladder and who knows.. he might be no.1 in a very short time.. not that you get an award for that, but hey... being no1 at least once in a lifetime might be his goal... cheers, keep up the good work and see you soon for a beer or two.. 16:40 It's funny because my ex who wasn't associated with the red-light district (never asked me directly for money), told me once that she needs money to start her own business, and is thinking about working at the bar to make money fast. Obviously, I knew she was hoping to hear I'm gonna help her. Guess, what I did, I told her, she can do what she wants, but as soon as she starts working at the bar, I will be done with her. You should see the surprise in her face. She never mentioned working at the bar again ;-). As long as you guys will follow one simple rule, it's your wallet, and you are in charge of it, she will behave, and even if not, you'll save time, nerves and money. Make sure, they know, you're willing to walk away if you don't like what they say or do.

I have found living here in Thailand that the age of the woman does make a big difference in most cases

I think age plays a big role too, but still most of the workers in Thailand are seeing so many foreigners everyday they probably have several boyfriends. I have seen it work in places where there aren't many foreigners in the area though, but that was in Cambodia where they're not as westernized as Thais. But i still wouldn't recommend it 😂.
Would you rather buy a car with 50K miles or one with 400K miles? It's not that she suddenly develops a more loyal character but simply that her circumstances have changed and settling down may be the more profitable option vs struggling to stay afloat in a young woman's world. The mentality is still the same the minute she discovers a more profitable option than you she's gone in the wind. People often say that the locals in third world countries are so nice, they don't have a 'nice' gene, they probably wouldn't be so nice if they lived a first world lifestyle. They just governed by their circumstances. I'd put a lot more stock in the genuineness of a nice person who was financially independent.

Hey Dr Mark, Never been to Phuket/Patong, but in Bangkok or Pattaya, most of the massage shops have prices clearly written on window or on a large board. Not that it matters, because she got into his wallet big time, even if she only charged normal massage price. First time seeing your video. Looks like a nice place in the background.
They charge me extra for a bigger 🍌so I try not to let them touch until we get to my place, if she’s tight I’ll throw 500 more 😎

They change the signs when they see you. They have multiple sets of price signs and when they see a newby or someone who looks as might pay more - they just replace the sign very quick.

I have been told some Thai women are extremely beautiful (my girlfriend was Vietnamese) but based on all the videos I've watched, including yours, I don't plan to have a relationship with any of them (working or even normal girls). the chances of getting scammed is too high. i plan to visit Thailand at least once this year to enjoy the beaches n nightlife but will obey the 3-date rule. thank you for your informative videos n valuable warnings (loved your cost of visiting your girlfriend's village video - ~usd 1,700)
Patong is a small place and franags often get "recycled" between the girls. So dont' get surprised that you meet a girl and then later you find out she already slept with everyone you know.
They will even get your contacts from your phone to find "who else is here" and target them.

In Chiang Mai recently, I saw a lovely girl in front of a massage shop on Loh Kroi Road. She smiled at me, showing a mouthful of orthodontic perfection. It was on a Wednesday, a rainy night., business very slow. I said I wanted a massage, but we had to talk first. We went inside, (the place was nice and clean), I told her what I wanted and of course, she started to demure, till I asked her how much she wanted. Her answer was, of course, "How much you pay?" What I offered was above the norm, but what I was asking for was also above the norm. During the whole lovely experience, she barely said a word. Every time I looked at her, she seemed intently focused on what she was doing. She said nothing about herself, asked no questions about me, but she was kind enough to laugh at my jokes. I became a regular customer, going a couple times a week, and never once did she do the vetting technique most girls do, to see if I was ripe for a sob story. I'm going back to Thailand for good in April ''23. Hope she's still there.

I remember in Patong as an average looking guy i normal shape I saw a guy like Jack entering the same parlour as me. The girl he picked said sorry, walked over to me and said: you look like a nice boy. you want a massage? I accepted. Another slightly overweight and older woman offered service to this guy. He reluctantly accepted the offer. When I and my masseuse had some privacy she looked at me and said: I don't like to massage elephants. You very nice man. We just quietly giggled, and she gave me a good massage. And yes, I paid the normal price.

But the unfortunate truth is that we’re all a part of the animal kingdom, and there are things that attract us, and things that don’t. Many of these guys could have become more attractive. Lose some weight, hit the gym, eat healthier, dress nicer, see a dentist. I seen some pretty awesome transformations. A guy i knew was a 3 because he let himself go. He did some adjustments and became a 6.
I’d add that the relationship with a massage girl, a bar girl, a gogo girl, or a freelancer cannot work because… those girls are formatted differently, according to the job they are doing. The just don’t know what a normal and healthy relationship is and by the way, their formatting don’t allow them to even want that.

I feel bad for guys like Jack. I’m not exactly George Clooney either , so I know how it feels. I believe there is nothing wrong with reaching a mutually beneficial arrangement with someone out of your league as long as you remember it is just temporary fun. With all the videos out there on this subject it is unbelievable how anyone can lose touch with reality so easily. They go half way around the world without doing any research? When I was recently in Thailand for over 3 months I had a sexy 22 yo massage girl become my regular g/f, but I still liked being a butterfly. She even took me out for dinner a couple of times. How many clueless people do you know? seriously. I have plenty of friends who have great girls and very attractive to boot some are married. I also have a Thai wife who when I meet her she was working at a hotel reception. She is the best thing ever it's chalk and cheese to the western women I was married to. It's not all total negativity you make it out to be.

Omg I've heard some stories but that takes the biscuit. I've heard a lot and seen a lot on my 40 trips to the land of fake smiles., by some not all. When I was in Phuket in July, I saw a sign in a massage parlor window that said, "No Sex!!" I thought WTF!!! Keep up the good work my friend. I'm going back for a month in November. True story or not it's quite entertaining and each story is a typical car crash, I like car crash stories as I'm here and have been lucky enough to not have been involved in one. I'm not a tight ass but if any girl is gonna make any kind of financial demands, that's the time to cut it off immediately and move on as there's always another one and time to look for something new.
