Despite being Paragon, I always chose the Renegade option when the Turian objected to Shepard being a Spectre. "It was a *Turian* Spectre who betrayed this council, and it was a *human* who exposed him. I've earned this!" Just... Bam! Shove that prejudice right back into that asshole's face!
Well to be honest they are kinda right as well. The betrayal was exposed by a human because he happened to attack a human colony in the first place. If he'd attacked Turians then perhaps a turian would have exposed Saren. As for humans as a whole being dangerous that was also proven. Cerberus was the biggest threat to the galaxy besides the reapers and Udina(the first or second human councilor) betrayed the others.
2183 - an audio recording is irrefutable proof Saren is a traitor 2023 - AI can nearly perfectly mimic any voice EDIT: I typed in "human voice", I removed "human" so no smartasses would say "bUt It WoUlDn'T bE a HuMaN vOiCe".
I understand why they didn't sent a fleet to the colonies near the Terminus systems, but couldn't they send more spectres to strategically cover possible exit points from the Traverse ?
Murderers? Yes. Giant Interplanetary Cuttlefish? If I heard that a race of gigantic squids was wiping entire galactic empires from existence I would expect to have found some prior proof, or maybe have the person telling me provide some of that proof.
@@PerfectAlibi1 True, but that could be for other reason than giant machine wiping them out, honestly while i enjoyed hang up on them on the phone, the council was pretty fair in his measure through ME1, they can't just involve the entire galaxy because of someone who saw a vision
***** true! just started a playthrough of it 3 days ago what an awesome game, can't believe how they'ed end the franchise with the medicore DLC/ghey/colorized ending effect 3 i really hope EA got their head out of their ass but judging what an abomination inquisition was i'm very doubtful
There's a reason why this theme is the same as "the fleet arrives". This is the moment when the reapers lost the war.

Just started playing Mass Effect very recently and I can say that this moment gave me goosebumps!
Suman Raju there is a lot more of those moments coming for you :)
I played it some 4 years ago and, to this day, this moment still gives me chills.
@@mrmaster9801 Played it first time back in 2008 and still have goose bumps for epic moments like this lol
Can’t WAIT to relive this moment in a month.
Time to play back ME1. Gotta find some save editors. I'm not scanning the damn keepers again
Because! We are driven by need to 100% games!
Well that quest doesn't play into ME 2 or 3 (not counting mail that give you nothing) so you could just skip it
@@ConnorLonergan That's not the jedi way
lmao
That little nod from Anderson makes all the difference
goosebumps the first time goosebumbs every single time
staying on the bridge near edge
-Commander Shepard step forward
Literally gets me rock hard every time.
3:16 the soundtrack they played just made this scene even more epic 👌
That’s because game graphics are sorta peaking in the last 10 years
@@JackMcCoy331 Not just the graphics but every single character has almost perfect facial expressions that resembles real life.
Commander Shepard, step forward...
So excited to replay this game when remastered comes out.
I love that little dramatic fist pound Shepard does at 2:53 cracks me up every time!

3:15 Your welcome
Game actually looks pretty good considering it came out 15 years ago
I understand why they didn't sent a fleet to the colonies near the Terminus systems, but couldn't they send more spectres to strategically cover possible exit points from the Traverse ?
To my knowledge there are a limited number of Spectre and most were already assigned missions.
Plus they just lost 2 agents. Nihlus and Saren
@@CarlosDesmithy makes sense.
I would tell that turian councilor that every murderer try to remove it's traces.

Well the Protheans did vanish rather suddenly... XD

But then ME2 happened, and they all stuck their heads in the sand...
I wonder who long they practiced the speech for becoming a Spectre.
SEND YOUR FLEET IN!
One of the greatest moments in gaming
Am so thrilled by this moment & series I named my gaming channel after this
Lol what if shepherd took out a selfie stick to document the moment xD
The OST for ME games slaps
I recognize the other voice speaking with Saren... Matriarch Deanna Troi...
Demona
Mmm chocolate
@@Kanthannic😂
i thought anderson became a spector before
He attempted the Spectre test but unfortunately failed the test when being surveyed by another Spectre.
Okay... Where are the Vid Cams?
Did the dude that voiced thel Vadam voiced one of the council members?
No, Keith David (the actor you're talking about) voiced Captain Anderson.
what's the point of replaying the game again?
there are a lot of awesome moments but the sequels killed this franchise
Nah, I wouldn't be so categoric... )
"the sequels killed this franchise." Maybe Mass Effect 3 did, but Mass Effect 2 was awesome.

TheSharpmarksman Going to disagree with you there. Inquisition was excellent.
***** really? what was so great about it? beside collecting minerals and doing text based fetch quests?
