I mean for sure it's a beautiful anime, but it doesn't have most of what makes the other masterpiece masterpieces. From what I've seen, people think this anime is firstly an isekai when it actually is a romance one. The isekai part has close to no impact on the story whereas you literally follow the journey of two lovers fighting for their life and to save the people stuck in the Aincrad. I love the first seasons for that. The rest was kinda whatever. If I were to watch it now for the first time, it clearly wouldn't be at the level of masterpieces like Frieren. Closer to something like Mushoku Tensei
