Great video sis! Your skin and hair look well nourished😍. I can definitely cosign for majority of these herbs being very effective at premature graying. I'm 39 years young and I don't have any gray hair yet.The only herbs I haven't used is jatamansi and curry leaves. Will have to give them a try.
Im not sure what I have, I hope you see my comment though. I’m 26yrs old i did some digging with my parents and both didn’t gray out until they were in they 40’s 50’s but I’m confused on how i could get premature graying. I did get my blood tested the only thing that stick out from my vitamin and minerals is my iron is in mid range. Im not sure if that’s bad but that’s whats going on with me. I did just start back taking my vitamins as well. And i knew i needed it i feel lot better adding my them into my diet again. But maybe it is my iron? Help.
Did you find that henna and indigo changed your hair texture? It did mine. My hair will not curl and looks like heat damage. I'm having to transition again from it.
Has anyone else experienced this? I heard that it's lightly loosens your curl pattern but gosh it looks like he damaged? Just as I was thinking of trying it.
Not true eventually if you live you will turn grey. Some say it is good luck. Mine was inherited my mom was grey young and my older brother. I started seeing it at 16. It’s a beautiful thing. It is what it is. Life.😊
Your hair is blossoming sis. Did you do wash and go? Thanks for the video. I have this gray hair right in the middle of my hair right from age 15; genetic I guess. I would appreciate it if you do a video on how to dye gray hair. Thanks
I'm in my 40's and have gray hair on the sides, then little bit missing on the top and of course on the sides is moving up. So, what would be good treatment for me? I was thinking boiling fenugreek + Rosemary leaves + Clove + biotin + Bay Leaf + maybe add some aloe vera water and mix everything up, and spray it maybe 3 times a week. First I'd wash my hair in the morning with regular shampoo, then I'd spray it with the mixture and kind of massage it in my scalp and hair and leave it maybe 15 minutes. Then I'd put Blue Magic Bergamot Hair & Scalp Conditioner to lock in the moisture. What do you think would this work to make my hair grow and to make it darker? I didn't want to add more stuff, it might be too much, like Red Onion water, or rice water or amla water. Even though out of all of these I have a feeling that Jamantasi (or however is spelled) has the best potential to turn gray hair to dark.
Excellent video content! Excuse me for butting in, I would love your initial thoughts. Have you heard about - Dinanlinson Bright Colour Approach (google it)? It is an awesome one off guide for learning how to get your natural hair color back without the hard work. Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my cooworker at very last got cool results with it.
I bought the frozen Alma berries. Do you know how to cook these or make amla juice with them? Also you mention Hannah has antifungal properties so should you put it on your scalp as well as your hair?
Heres how to make amla juice www.indianhealthyrecipes.com/amla-juice-with-manuka-honey-indian-gooseberry/ I'm not sure what Hannah is, I'm sure autocorrect is being special but you can use these herbs on the length of your hair.
Yep I use them all the time in my regimen. I even have two videos on how to make a fenugreek infused deep conditioner th-cam.com/video/BVHaV0AozVM/w-d-xo.html
Cheers for the video content! Sorry for chiming in, I would love your opinion. Have you heard about - Millawdon Goodbye Gray Trick (do a google search)? It is a good one of a kind product for learning how to reverse gray hair fast without the normal expense. Ive heard some decent things about it and my buddy after many years got astronomical success with it.
What did you used to wash out the indigo? You said co wash. So do you rinse out the indigo and then apply conditioner to help wash out the remaining indigo?

Do you take Tylenol or painkillers? That needs to be some research on how that may be causing grey hair
No I don’t, haven’t taken pain killers in years. I used to take them in my 20s though. I think in the past 8 years I’ve maybe taken 10 total
These are all indian herbs except sage , rosemary oil. Listen fo-ti root takes out gray, makes you look younger. Please look it up
