Hopefully I don't run into the same thing, doing a new home build and bought this range. Appreciate the video and the fix so I can tell a tech if need be.

Good luck with it. After almost two years with the range, I have to say that we love it and haven't had any complaints since they got the burners adjusted right. I've never managed to get the smart features working, but it obviously hasn't been an issue where we're missing the features. Kind of like our Moen smart faucet that we're quite happy with, but never tell Alexa to do anything with! =)

A neighbor had a similar stove. Mice got in, and peed on the circuit board. $3000 est for new board. Same price as a new stove. Technology is great, but it seems like we are going more backwards than forward

You need to add the NOT-BOOLEAN feature: stepper motor with pid loop feedback for pwn burner control!! 😀
    Is your "home project" finished?

Hah! I don't think the wife would go for that! 😁 Now if I made it Alexa compatible then maybe.
We moved in on Friday, but there are still (comparatively) little issues like this to fix. Unfortunately, the horrible pool builder we chose (Anthony & Sylvan) are still months away from completing a project they've been working on for over a year and a half!

Yeah. It's pretty nice now that it's working, although it was frustrating there for quite a while. The "Smart" feature is a joke though. I have a loaded smart home, but still can't get this thing to pair with the network. It will connect and register, but won't complete. It's also a miserable process with a QR code placed inside the door in a place where it's impossible for their app to scan it, so you have to manually enter a bunch of stuff repeatedly. Ugh!
