[MM Unlimited WaveBuster-Max1Shot] fever going down, perfect time to see if my brain's been damaged

3 days of 103°F fever.
The vaccine is so strong that other than not infecting others it is exactly what you get from your lovely Omicron.
I have never completed MMU with WaveBuster mod before, it is about time.
Also I have not played MMU for two to three years, which means I almost forgot all the levels and bosses, so what could possibly go wrong?
