This is an amazing idea for a remake to include. Colress wanting to bring out the full potential of Pokemon through any means, studying how they were in the ancient past or would be in the distant future to see how strong he can get them, far before we ever meet him and confront him with all it takes is a close bond between the trainer and the Pokemon party. Would also be a nice way to complete the Hisuian lines that somehow only include their final evos as regional variants; maybe the distant past could have variations of Oshawott and Dewott (both based on Hisuian Samurrott), Petilil (based on Hisuian Lilligant), and Rufflet (based on Hisuian Braviary), while the future would provide a source of inspiration for that mecha Tyranitar prop in Pokestar in the form of Iron Thorns. I also love how smooth the transition between the Area Zero theme and Colress's leitmotif is in this.
However, there is a flaw within your theory. The paradox pokemon aren't actually from the future or past, but were created by the ambitions and wishes of the explorers, namely Sada/Turo. But it would very much make sense for Colress to experiment with such things to see exactly how they work.
@@crazysupernovagaming3638 Now that I've seen most of the game, I can say that I don't think this is quite correct. There are two origin points for the Paradox Pokemon in SV: the first is that they were somehow found by the explorers in Area Zero prior to Sada/Turo inventing the time machine, and the second is... Sada/Turo invented a time machine, as aforementioned, and this is the confirmed origin point for Koraidon/Miraidon (who are based around Cyclizard). It's likely this is more of a loose end intended to be tied into by the DLC, specifically likely the Indigo Disk, as its legendary ressembles the mysterious entity that Heath (the author of the Scarlet/Violet book) saw in a dream during the expedition iirc.

I could see Zekrom and Reshiram having respective Area Zero forms being Past for Reshiram, and Future for Zekrom
