OSDD-1b Emotional Amnesia vs Depersonalization in DPDR

Obviously, this isn't everything that makes up alters! This video is based off the differences in what it FEELS like in terms of dissociation between DPDR and OSDD-1b. The key point is that we have dissociative barriers between alters, leading to a 2-way dissociative experience - not episodes happening to one person! And because they've been up our whole life, alters develop into their own people with many complexities :)
(P.s. and again, as we stated, this isn't a split! We've existed like this since before January at least, and we've known for 2-3 weeks. It's been a positive improvement to figure out who we are and the fact that we're separate - so don't send "I'm so sorry!" type comments! We're doing great and doing better every day because we found out about this ❤️)
