If u think abt it zemo is the most successful marvel villain. His separation of the avengers is the reason Thanos beat them. So in a sense zemo is responsible for half of the universe disappearing. And when the universe was restored it was never the exact same again. Lol so the fact that zemo still wanted to kill the flag smashers knowing that he was literally the cause of there whole motive proves he is truly the best mcu villain ever. And he's still alive
