Erik here! Thank you all so much for supporting this rewatch series! I thought I had found everything there is to find in Endgame, and sure enough, SO MANY new details were discovered in the VFX. My favorite new detail was the updated Marvel Studios title card. What was yours?
My theater was shockingly quiet😭 to be fair even though my theater wasn’t super full because AMC messed up the reservations and was scrambling to reseat people
One of the biggest audience reaction for Infinity War and Endgame that’s on TH-cam was recorded at the El Capitan Theater here in LA. I regretted not getting my tickets to watch it there because it was insane. I saw Civil War there and the audience was still so alive.
Watching the premier in the cinema is truly something else. Everyone laughed, cheered, clapped at the same scenes. Everyone feeling the same feelings. It was so fun.
Gotta admit, when Cap caught Thor's hammer, the entire cinema exploded with cheers. It's one of those moments that almost never happens when you watch movies.
I will shamelessly admit, that this has been the only movie that I have cried at watching more than once. Oddly enough... its been every time... but still. I think thats because this movie was about as close to perfect and satisfying and more, as any of the other mcu movies have been
Personally I think Infinity War and a couple other MCU movies were better than Endgame BUT Endgame was an incredible ending to this part of the MCU which I think is why it carries so much emotional weight.
Best movies of my life. And I've seen them all. And if they can put this much meticulous effort into making a flipping movie, I dont know why the rest of this world is such crap. This is the standard we should expect from everything.
Oh yeah, about that "Asgardians thinking Rocket is a rabbit": Racoons mostly only live in North America. The Norse people only lived in Europe and parts of Newfoundland where there are no racoons.
Listen...Cap wielding the hammer was when my soul sang. It still gives me chills. - after all this time? - always... I hope i will experience a movie like this in cinema again in my lifetime...❤️

These writers have gone to phenomenal lengths to tell one story over many different movies. From easter eggs to puns....and videos like this one reflect appreciation. Love it. Those cats are geniuses
Even though I watched this movie multiple times, I still cry of sorrow, joy, thrill, and empathy throughout this whole movie. It is just so amazing that it will never get old to me.
30:50 The Old Cap could be the same Cap who lives along the timeline after he went back to Peggy, waited until the day he knew when he's gonna return the stones, then time travel back to that current timeline.
My favorite touch of detail is when thanos fully puts the gauntlet back on for the last time, you don't see the surge of power from the stones. So even though you cant see where they would be, you know they're not there.
Cap had 2 extra pym particles, he could have maybe some how figured out a way to use them to get back to his reality while he was putting the stones back. Maybe someone he came across helped him the; ancient one, red skull, somebody on asgard ect.
I just imagine that the ancient one helped cap figure out how to fix things. Also, being that there really is not such thing as "the exact moment", split realities were inevitable
OHMYGAAAAHHDD, I never noticed the dust in the air when Clint turned around looking for his daughter!!! I have watched this movie several times and I'm still crying!!!
20:58 I am pretty sure that when rocket says Boom it is a reference to Howard Stark being thrown back after working with an Inifinity Stone Energy back in Captain America: The First Avenger.
Only watching this video now like seriously the level of thinking marvel put into there movies and now tv shows with wandavision is pure masterpiece. Even the tiny details of Scott bringing hawkeye the orange slices is just pure gold that I only noticed now

Every time travel movie likes to use the Captain America paradox at least once. You can't change the time line and everything must be put back to where it belongs, yet it shouldn't belong there in the first place because it's only there due to time travel. Like going back in time and becoming your own grandpa, meaning it doesn't make sense why you exist. Except in this case, Captain America has always been in the past, we've just never seen him
Avengers Endgame was epic in every sense of the word. Though i think infinity war is the superior movie, endgame was still an epic conclusion to the infinity saga
One missed that's minor but still plays into the "being worthy" thing with Cap and Thors Hammer. You'll notice he is able to call it and all that but when Cap catches it, the force still knocks his arm and hand backwards, unlike Thor who doesn't flinch. A nod to saying he's worthy of using it but not in control like Thor.
Caps return does kinda make sense if you think about it. When Loki got away Tony, Scott and Steve were in a timebranche and Scott did go back directly to the avengers compound. And Rhodey got back while having beat Peter Quill unconscious also creating a timebranche. So either it all doesn't make sense or it all makes sense... 🤔
i think a big part was that was them taking and altering things to help their own branch but with steve he just added himself time travel never makes perfect sense and they wouldve had to be creating multiple branches seeing as they made different jumps to different times that didnt affect the others butterfly effect and whatnot also sorry for probably giving you a notification for this a whole year after you originally commented
