Here's a different take on Undertale's "Megalovania" than what you've probably been used to hearing - I heard this haunting piano arrangement by ChrystalChameleon a while back and couldn't resist reaching out and asking if I could add vocals and lyrics to it! Huge thank you to her for allowing me to sing to her gorgeous performance! (Go check out more of her piano arrangements on Tumblr!) I really enjoyed getting creative and working on the words for this one, so I hope you guys enjoy the somber spin we've brought to you on this song.

I first heard this song at the end of Mithzan's genocide run and it absolutely blew me away. When I heard it, I wasn't that into Undertale, I was only interested in watching genocide runs because I wasn't invested in the story or the characters but this one song changed that entirely. I was so enraptured by this song that I decided to give the entire game a chance and it couldn't have made my life any better. Because of this game and this song, I've grown exponentially closer to one of my best friends and I've gained another game to hold on to in my life. I know this song is nearly 4 years old but I still wanted to take the time to thank you Adriana, from the bottom of my heart. Your decision to create lyrics and add vocals to this song has not only brought me closer to one of the people I love the most, but it has also changed and saved my life.

You know how the more damage you do in undertale equates to how much you want to harm (according to undertale lore, that is). Maybe the reason he deals damage so fast but only 1 at a time is because he knows he has to kill you but in his heart he truly doesn't want to have to hurt you and the only way to make up for the 1 damage is attacking fast.

This is so hauntingly beautiful and sad. I love the ethereal "oohs" at the beginning and at 2:19, almost like the souls of those the player murdered are wailing and crying out for vengeance. Super clever too how you mixed the melody from "Home" in the end there too, it's so sad because Toriel really tried to get Frisk (or more accurately the player) to be good, to be Pacifist, and you trampled on her dreams.

Des Depends on your views in multiverse theory. For me, each time you go back to a save point or reset you make a whole new universe. Some people are aware of the move back, but only because their determination links their minds across universes. So, every time Sans won, that resulted in a universe where Chara lost. Every time Sans made the player give up, or go back, that Sans potentially saved hundreds of universes. The same is true of every character the beat Chara or made the player stop. If Sans has made people give up, how many more do you think break down and give up at Toriel? Papyrus? Undyne? Mettaton? Tsundereplane?
