I remember when I was growing up, every Christmas, we would watch A Charlie Brown Christmas. My dad ALWAYS would make it a point during Lucy’s rant about never getting what she really wants for Christmas (real estate), that Lucy was smart and we should all want real estate for Christmas. It got to the point where my 4 year old cousins didn’t want to watch it if my dad was around, because we all knew how much my dad loved real estate. That all being said, as far as I know, only 2 of us 10 are actually investing in Real estate. Myself, and my cousin who got her license a few years ago.

Good video, I almost didn't watch it because I thought it may have been one of those sucker sales videos, but well thought out. The house rental one is a very tricky one though. I think a lot of people just think they'll buy a house and it'll appreciate (at least in Australia), and it's not always that simple. The best ones often have short term negative cash flow, but offer good growth. Whilst the positive cash flow ones, often offer no to little growth. What people often forget is the bills that come with it, in particular the needs for maintenance and eventual upgrades, and many of these can be flops where you're just putting in your own money to pull it out again later (not true profit).

Hi Nathan, great videos. I have been keen to try crypto so clicked the link and got to the point of transferring funds. I am stuck...I'm in New Zealand and never done a 'wire'? My stock investing is via a NZ platform where I deposit from my account to theirs and they sort the transfer into USD. Also, with the GUSD, a deposit is through the Ethereum based wallet🤔 and talks about needing enough 'gas' 🤔 ??? Do you have a video on how to navigate all this for first timers? Thanks 😊
Awesome, but what about selling a service that provides permanent residual income? Such as insurance products, or tech solutions to businesses (that's what I do)?? If I'd started young I'd have been retired in 5-10 years, so in my twenties or thirties... lol

Also what about FinTech Banks ? For many they are the future and will pay better rates because of their cheaper and more technological function. Thanks a lot!

The point is he keeps working at the same rate but makes more and more money per month as those residuals increase with every new video, and could quit working at some point still making a fair penny. You see many people remain poor because of ignorance
I wouldn't say just because of ignorance, but also because of too many scammers in every business adventure like trading for instance
For real there are scammers but there are also real brokers out there looking for investors ready to take the market by storm.
#2 and #4 are working great for me. #5 I tried with no success at all. I have never tried #1 and #3.
