My outlook on money changed when I realized someone making $300,000 can retire broke & someone making $80,000 can retire a multi-millionaire. With the current market movement, you have $60k to invest. Where are you investing it?
I believe a healthy portfolio has 3 things, at the bare minimum: Exposure to ETFs for increased diversification, Exposure to assets that generate cash flow like dividend stocks, Exposure to market-leading tech.
Bitcoin through 2025, then high yield ETFs through the bear market 26’-27’ that's my plan. Remember to always work with a financial advisor when starting out to avoid being exit liquidity.
I’m working towards financial freedom with a focus on dividends & growth investing. Since 2014, I’ve built a portfolio made up of 50% SCHD, 25% SCHG, and 25% VOO, thanks to my CFA. This strategy has helped me earn $36,000 a year in dividends. Back in 2014, I only earned $21 in dividends.
@@PhilipDunk Can you share details of your advisor? I want to invest my increased cash flow in stocks and alternative assets to achieve financial goals.
My CFA Sophie Lynn Carrabus, a renowned figure in her line of work. I recommend researching her credentials further... She has many years of experience and is a valuable resource for anyone looking to navigate the financial market..
Net worth truly snowballs after $100k! Keep investing regularly and you'll be blown away how much it can change in a few short years. Here's to $1 million and to FIRE!
Safest approach i feel to go about it is to diversify investments. By spreading investments across different asset classes, like bonds, real estate, and international stocks, they can reduce the impact of a market meltdown. its important to seek the guidance of an expert
Currently I'm just being smart and frugal with my money, I'm in the green 47% over the last 23 months and l've accumulated over $700K in pure profits from DCA’ing into stocks, ETFs, dividends and futures. However I’ve been in the red for a month now. I work hard for my money, so investing is making me a nervous sad wreck. I don’t know if I should sell everything, sit and just wait.
Stocks are pretty unstable at the moment, but if you do the right math, you should be just fine. Bloomberg and other finance media have been recording cases of folks gaining over 250k just in a matter of weeks/couple months, so I think there are a lot of wealth transfer in this downtime if you know where to look.
Having an investment adviser is the best way to go about the market right now, especially for near retirees, I netted over $220K during this dip, that made it clear there's more to the market that we avg joes don't know
The asset manager that guides me is Sonya Lee Mitchell. most likely the internet is where to find her basic info, just search her name. She's established.
Building wealth involves developing good habits like regularly putting money away in intervals for solid investments. Instead of trying to predict and prognosticate the stability of the market and precisely when the change is going to happen, a better strategy is simply having a portfolio that’s well prepared for any eventually, that’s how some folks' been averaging 150K every 7week these past 4months according to Bloomberg.
The professionals presently control the market since they not only have the essential business strategy but also have access to inside information that the general public is not aware of.
A lot of folks downplay the role of advisors until being burnt by their own emotions. I remember couple summers back, after my lengthy divorce, I needed a good boost to help my business stay afloat, hence I researched for licensed advisors and came across someone of utmost qualifications. She's helped grow my reserve notwithstanding inflation, from $275k to $850k.
I like investing in close-end funds that pay monthly dividends. The trick is to hold long term and reinvest the monthly dividends plus buy more shares on a monthly basis or whenever you can afford to. This can be easily done because close-end funds are bought and sold on the stock market just like regular stock. That'd be enough to create a portfolio that would pay you between $50k to $70k in dividend income
Just because there are opportunities in the market doesn't mean you should go in blindly. To understand the potential factors that contribute to your financial growth, l'il advise you to seek the help of a professional
I completely agree; I am over 40 years old, recently retired, and have approximately $1m in external retirement funds. I am debt free and have very little money in retirement funds compared to the total value of my portfolio over the past three years. To be honest, having a portfolio-advisor for investing is genius!
@@maryHenokNftAs a new investor it's always great to hear from a person who has gone through all the difficult times and come ahead of it. What are some strategies i can employ to be successful?
She's known as *Gertrude Margaret Quinto* One of the finest portfolio managers in the field. She's widely recognized; you should take a look at her work.
I'm 26 years old, lost my dad about half a year ago and I'm going to receive some sum soon. Would it be smart to grow my money in stocks for a few years and then invest in rental properties afterwards, Any guidance in this regard would be much valued.
I believe the safest approach is to diversify your investments. By spreading your funds across different asset classes like bonds, real estate, and international stocks than putting all your money in one. If your financial understanding is lacking, see a financial consultant.
Agreed, investing with the help of an advisor set me up for life. Retired with about $1.6m in stock portfolio only. I worked hard everyday as a teacher for 32 years, and my salary was over 100k annually. Supplementing my income with stocks and alternative investments helped me by far beat the retirement age of 65.
I've worked in real estate for over 25 years and have neglected a major stock portfolio. This served me well when I was flipping and renting houses, however I need a different plan now.. mind if I look up the professional guiding you please?
Sure you can! Judith Lynn Staufer is the financial advisor I work with. Just search the name. You’ll find necessary details to work with to set up an appointment.
I found her profile online and reviewed her credentials. She has a lot of relevant experience. Thanks for sharing her information! I've already sent her an email to get in touch.
If you wanna be successful, you most take responsibility for your emotions, not place the blame on others. In addition to make you feel more guilty about your faults, pointing the finger at others will only serve to increase your sense of personal accountability. There's always a risk in every investment, yet people still invest and succeed. You must look outward if you wanna be successful in life.
The first step to successful investing is figuring out your goals and risk tolerance either on your own or with the help of a financial professional but is very advisable you make use of a professional like I did. If you get the facts about saving and investing and follow through with an intelligent plan, you should be able to gain financial security over the years and enjoy the benefits of managing your money.
The stock market rally run is gone, but I'm not sure if equities will swiftly recover, keep falling, or fluctuate in a narrow range for a few weeks, or if things will quickly get worse. I'm under pressure to increase my $150k reserve.
Making touch with financial advisors like Zachery M Demers who can assist you restructure your portfolio, would be a very creative option. Personal financial management will be crucial to navigating the next difficult times.
My portfolio for the past 30 years has always been self managed and I own 3 shares of Berkshire Hathaway Class A stock (BRK:A) which I bought in at about $17,000 during the mid 90s, I'm currently liquidating some of these positions to incoporate new Gen. Stocks, any good stock recommendation on great performing stocks will be appreciated.
Increase exposure to interest rate-sensitive sectors like REITs and utilities, and maintain or slightly increase holdings in growth sectors like technology and consumer discretionary. For tailored advice, consider consulting a financial advisor.
This is why I entrusted a fiduciary with my investmnt decisions. Many underestimate advisors until emotions lead to losses. My advisor crafted a tailored strategy aligning with my long-term goals, guiding entry and exit points for the equities I focus on. This has grown my portfolio to over $850k. My personal best so far

The most popular investment portfolio strategies include diversification, where you spread investments across different asset classes to manage risk. Another is the growth strategy, focused on capital appreciation through high-risk, high-reward assets. Income-oriented strategies target regular income from dividend stocks or bonds. Finally, there's the value strategy, seeking undervalued assets for potential long-term gains.
According to Warren Buffett, dividends are less valuable for growing businesses and more suitable for established ones. Investing in companies that offer dividends might be seen as parking capital for steady returns, especially for those relying on portfolio income. This approach resembles bond investing, serving as a means of generating consistent earnings.
a downtrend offers an equally high-yielding avenue if you have the necessary skills and knowledge. This is why I've been using an investment advisor to scale up during this difficult time, and it's the only way I've been able to raise up to $150K in the last six months. It all comes down to technique. The downtrend gives you room to focus on the market and grow-substantially whether in the long or short run.
If you lack market knowledge, your best bet is to seek advice or support from a consultant or investing coach. Contacting a consultant may sound simple, but it's how I've managed to stay afloat in the market and increase my portfolio to roughly 65% since January. It is, in my opinion, the best way to get started in the industry right now.
Could you provide guidance on how to reach out to this particular coach through their service? It seems like you might have the answer that others don’t.

I've owned NVDA for over 8 years. It's been up and down, but I believe in Jensen Huang and will stick with NVDA until Jensen says otherwise. I know that sounds crazy, but when the financial statements/Jensen, (same to me) tell me to sell, I will. I'm sure I won't sell at the top, but that's OK.
Kept $105k in CIT Bank HYSA at 5.05% but i now plan to invest in the stock market. What are your thoughts on that? What stocks should I look out for as a newbie to safely grow my money?
Apt!! I was self-managing my portfolio but suffered heavy losses in 2022 and i knew i couldn't continue like that, so i consulted a fiduciary advisor. By restructuring and diversifying my $1.2M portfolio with dividend-paying stocks, ETFs, Mutual funds and REITs, I significantly boosted my portfolio, achieving an annualized gain of 28%.
I regret selling stocks 2021 and my strategy ever since has been pretty much buying Gold and silver to protect my wealth but if I could come up with a way to profit from this bull run, that would be brilliant. I've missed so much already. can you share more info?
There are many independent advisors to choose from. But I work with Vivian Jean Wilhelm and we've been working together for almost four years and she's fantastic. You could pursue her if she meets your requirements. I agree with her.
I agree with you!! Money actually grow on trees but only on trees that was planted by you!! These tress are referred to as investments. How you diversify your investment portfolio matters
Diversification is the key. My portfolio is well diversified with the help of a financial adviser. This helps me make more than +400% monthly on my investments.
I'm intrigued by this. I've searched for financial advisers online but it's kind of hard to get in touch with one. Okay if I ask you for a recommendation?
Personally, I would say have a mentor. Not sure where you will get an experienced one, but if your knowledge of the market is limited, it seems like a good bet.
Putting well-earned money into the stock market can't be over emphasised for first-time investors, unlike a bank where interest is sure thing! Well, basically times are uncertain, the market is out of control, and banks are gradually failing. I am working on a ballpark estimate of $2M for retirement, and I have a good 6-figure loaded up for this, could there be any opportunity for a boomer like me?
Some individuals minimize the importance of counsel until they make regrettable mistakes. A few summers ago, following a protracted divorce, I needed a significant push to keep my firm afloat. So i can just save. feel lucky at this point I'm actually grateful for my advisor handling my portfolio.
I have $170K in NVIDIA right now. I only got into stocks to try and make anything to help afford some medical infusion treatment that I need. I know it’s a risky game especially for someone like me who isn’t focusing hard on the market. I just don't want to make any wrong move. Do I hold or sell and buy back? Genuinely asking for any advice.
The issue is people have the "I want to do it myself mentality" but are not equipped enough for a crash and, hence get burnt. Ideally, advisors are reps for investing jobs, and at first-hand encounter, my portfolio has yielded over 300% since 2020 just after the pandemic to date.
@@ReginaldsKeiths I agree, just because the market presents opportunities doesn't mean we should rush in headfirst. For this reason, we should look for appropriate market analysis or guidance or seek advice from certified market strategists.

Very true, a huge part of my portfolio growth has come during this bear market. I've been able to scale from $120K to $370K in a short period of time. I basically was just following the steps and guideline from my financial advisor, as long as you've professional help, you're good to go

I'm interested in the best investment opportunities now and planning to invest $250K , but I’ve noticed that opinions often don’t pan out as expected, with stocks always taking unexpected turns.
There are strategies that could be put in place for solid gains regardless of economy or market condition, but such executions are usually carried out by investment experts or advisors with experience
Agreed, despite my rookie knowledge of investing, I have a financial advisor who did the trick in a bit more than 6 months after a lump sum capital of $500k, and I've so far made a fortune. I'm now buying real estates, gold and silver as advised by my FA.
Developing sound habits, such as consistently setting aside money for reliable investments at regular periods, is essential to accumulating wealth. A better approach is to simply have a portfolio that is well-prepared for any eventuality, as some people have been averaging 150K every seven weeks for the past four months, according to Bloomberg, rather than attempting to forecast and predict the market's stability and the exact time of the change.

I’m pretty young and just started my portfolio with around $180K. Dividends drew me in right away! Slowly trying to create significant passive income and manage my Stock Portfolio. how do I invest to deal with markets ups & downs
I've invested primarily in dividends for a very long time. This is not to say that I do not own growth stocks-I do. A well-rounded portfolio has to include elements from both areas. Maintaining a sizable cash cushion is one technique to reduce the stress associated with stock market trading. Although I invest in the market, I never use all of my funds there.
Instead of reinvesting in the same stock, I occasionally utilize my dividends to purchase additional income and growth stocks for diversification. But to each their own ways. What matters is that you're investing in the first place, which is a positive thing.
Based on personal experience working with an investment advisor, I currently have $1m in a well-diversified portfolio that has experienced exponential growth. It's not only about having money to invest in stocks, but you also need to be knowledgeable, persistent, and have strong hands to back it up.

I admire your dedication to educating your audience. We all aim for financial stability and a better life. Achieving this is possible through wise investments, frugal living, and careful budgeting. I'm grateful that I learned the importance of working hard for financial freedom at a young age.
Even though I engage in investing, I feel disheartened by my lack of expertise in assessing the performance of individual companies and determining the optimal timing for stock purchases. The erosion of my financial reserves due to inflation adds to my concerns. At this point, I require precise market trajectory information, but I find myself unsure about the appropriate course of action.

@Pamelawilliams543 However, if you do not have access to a professional like Clementina Abate Russo, quitting your job to focus on trading may not be the best approach. I have a slight issue with the term ‘passive income’… it seems that almost every method of making money requires some bit of work, therefore not passive income. My question is, how does anyone else feel about so called passive income, which comes from paying someone else to do the work that creates the income..?? 🤔 …hmmm

I was in a similar dilemma two years back. You should probably consider something that takes less time to do or something you can outsource most part of. Investing in stocks, ETFs or even Real Estates if you have enough money are viable options. You don't necessarily need a lot of time for them and if you use the service of a financial expert, you may literally do nothing. I make close to twice my regular income from stocks and ETFs this way and I still maintain my 9 - 5. Goodluck.
I don't really understand your first question. For the second, you should start by looking out for those from credible firms and good track records. You should also make sure the person is licensed. Personally, I use Kelly Matwick. She's good and you could also look her up.
Interesting! If i had a startup capital to execute whichever plan I have, i would have some flexibility. I would consider diversifying across different asset classes.
Absolutely, that wouldn’t have a bad turnout. It's crucial to have a well-thought-out plan, especially considering the current state of the global economy.
I can see where your thought process leads. However, don't forget about growth potential. You'll want to balance safety with opportunities for higher returns, maybe through a mix of stocks and real estate.
The problem is that people don't have the knowledge needed to succeed in a challenging market. Only highly qualified professionals who had to experience the 2008 financial crisis could hope to earn a high salary in these challenging condition
From $10K to $110K that's the minimum range of profit return every week I think it's not a bad one for me, now I have enough to pay bills and take care of my family.
I'm celebrating a $30k stock portfolio today. started this journey with 6k. I have invested on time and also with the right terms now I have time for my family and the life ahead of me

The current market/economy is unnecessarily tougher for boomers/senior citizens, I’m used to just buying and holding assets which doesn’t seem applicable to the current rollercoaster market plus inflation is catching up with my portfolio. I’m really worried about survival after retirement.
Just buy Gold, the government has failed us or try to diversify your portfolio to other market sectors, that way your investment is balanced and you don’t get to make so much losses.
Yes, gold is a great investment and a good bet against the devaluating dollar, been holding some for awhile now, I’m grateful my adviser’s moment by moment changes in the market are lightening quick, cos who know how much losses I would’ve had by now.
It's a good time to buy and basically I've just got cash sitting duck in the bank too and I’d really love to put it to good use seeing how inflation is at an all time-high, who is this coach that guides you, mind I look them up?

It's a little more complicated than a simple answer. You probably should reassess your investment strategies based on current market conditions. You should also consider a market expert to guide you.
Hi! I’m excited to be here in your channel and I’m interested in learning more about investing and saving up for my retirement but am a little confused about the whole process. Any advice or tips to get me started up would be greatly appreciated.
Retirement is now more difficult than it was in the past. I've been saving for a long time instead of investing, and right now I only have about $400K. considering all the inflation, i'm thinking of investing in stocks, i dont just have idea on market strategies.
This is precisely why I like having a portfolio coach guide my day-to-day market decisions: with their extensive knowledge of going long and short at the same time, using risk for its asymmetrical upside and laying it off as a hedge against the inevitable downward turns, their skillset makes it nearly impossible for them to underperform. I've been utilizing a portfolio coach for more than two years, and I've made over $800k
I'm 54 and my wife and I are VERY worried about our future, gas and food prices rising daily. We have had our savings dwindle with the cost of living into the stratosphere, and we are finding it impossible to replace them. We can get by, but can't seem to get ahead. My condolences to anyone retiring in this crisis, 30 years nonstop just for a crooked system to take all you worked for.
I feel your pain mate, as a fellow retiree, I’d suggest you look into passive index fund investing and learn some more. For me, I had my share of ups and downs when I first started looking for a consistent passive income so I hired an expert advisor for aid, and following her advice, I poured $30k in value stocks and digital assets, Up to 200k so far and pretty sure I'm ready for whatever comes.
@@HudsonEthan-00 The crazy part is that those advisors are probably outperforming the market and raising good returns but some are charging fees over fees that drain your portfolio. Is this the case with yours too?
I Hit 110k today. Thank you for all the knowledge and nuggets you had thrown my way over the last months. Started last month 2024. Financial education is indeed required for more than 70% of the society in the country as very few are literate on the subject. thanks to Louise O'Brien for helping me achieve this ..
The only American who won't acknowledge this Administration's failed economic policies is Joe Biden. "Shrink-flation' is the least of our worries compared to rising rents and stagnant wages, but it is an undeniable indicator of how bad our inflation has gotten. I have $100k that i like to invest in a non-retirement account, any advice on that?
I would avoid index funds, mutual funds, and specific stocks for the time being. Right now, the best option is a fixed income of five percent. Put money aside for the times when the market really starts to bounce back.
45% of Americans do not invest in the stock market because of lack of guidance. Every year you don't invest, you are falling behind. I’m hitting numbers in the stock market I used to dream of… Going from $50k to $600k in my portfolio is surreal all thanks to insights from my financial advisor.
She goes by ‘Carol Vivian Constable’’ I suggest you look her up. To be honest, I almost didn't buy the idea of letting someone handle growing my finance, but so glad I did
Great video! I really do have a quick question. For someone with less than $10,000 to invest, How would you recommend we enter the market? I am looking study some traders and copy their strategy rather than investing myself and losing money emotionally. Whats your take on this approach?
I successfully trade in my own portfolio, and also follow others because I'm interested in their strategies. I realized I've got better at managing the trader's strategies too. There's nothing wrong at all with having someone far more dedicated manage some of your portfolio.
To be 100% honest with you. I had the same question 4 years ago. I was confused as heck. Now copying other traders for over 3 years, I would like to tell you, YES copy trading is a good approach. Just keep in mind that the success of copying another trader lies in their transparency. Make sure you know who you are dealing with before copying them. My two cents. Goodluck!
Even with the right technique and assets some investors would still make more than others, as an investor, you should’ve known that by now, nothing beats experience and that’s final, personally I had to reach out to a market analyst for guidance which is how I was able to grow my account close to a million, withdraw my profit right before the correction and now I’m buying again.
How can I participate in this? I sincerely aspire to establish a secure financial future and am eager to participate. Who is the driving force behind your success?.
She goes by ‘’Landra Lilly Macy” I suggest you look her up. To be honest, I almost didn't buy the idea of letting someone handle growing my finance, but so glad I did.
BTC can disregard techincals when in a bull, did that in 2020 when it crossed previous ATH... stayed there a few weeks and continued pumping like crazy to 60k. Also, there is one constant... when around 90 on monthly RSI, the end is near. And don't expect crazy price targets of 500k... expect around 100k at most and be happy if there's more after that. If you believe big boys and CEOs of big investment firms are saying targets like 1M this cycle.. you deserve to be their exit liquidity. It's not about guessing the market's next move; it's about playing it smart and steady during trading...managed to grow a nest egg of around 2.3B'tc to a decent 21 B'tc in the space of a few months...I'm especially grateful to Lia Lorenzo whose deep expertise and traditional trading acumen have been invaluable in this challenging, ever-evolving financial landscape
Profitable trading requires experience, a solid strategy, and preparation, which many lack. Understanding buy/sell ratios, identifying market leaders, and diversifying are key to reducing risk.
I’ve been running Airbnb’s for 10+ years - how is it passive income when it’s a psychotic amount of work to do it, it’s a full time job of its own, far from being passive
Do you have a manager? We have someone who does everything from installing the furniture to arranging the cleaning. For us it’s mostly paperwork and strategic decisions
@@SiliconValleyGirl yeah I do management for the landlords myself. If you have a manager - yes that’s another story, without one that income will be very much active. The only thing is that in any property you need constant maintenance and things do break/go out of order - and quite often it’s a massive expense.
Half of these are not even passive incomes. Crypto price increase, Stock price increase is not passive income. It's money you played with and could have lost, so instead of losing all of it you made some money. Quite literally a gamble, which has paid for some and not for others.
@@SiliconValleyGirl the only passive income you mentioned is digital products. As a long-term follower I just had to leave a comment letting you know what I thought I didn't mean any offense.
Speaking of affiliate marketing it’s crazy all these people promoting digtal and affiliate marketing talk about passive income but all they do is sell a course on digital marketing
Those are just the people teaching affiliate marketing. Of course they're making money form teaching affiliate marketing, that's what they do for a living - teach affiliate marketing. But there are millions of people in all kinds of market segments making millions annually in affiliate marketing. From pet relate niches, to travel, to personal finance, to crypto, to home security .... anything and everything you can think of. In fact, most TH-camrs talking about any market are making money through affiliate marketing.

The average stock in my portfolio has been cut in half, and the only way to make money next year has been to either short or to trade long in very short time frames. I'm still at a crossroads deciding if to liquidate my dipping $117k stock portfolio, what’s the best way to take advantage of this market?
It’s precisely at times like these that investors need to be on guard against the next certainty. You don’t have to act on every forecast, hence i will suggest you get yourself a financial-advisor.
I agree, having a financial - advisor for investing is genius! Not long ago amidst the pandemic crash in March 2020, I was really having investing nightmare prior touching base with advisor. In a nutshell, i've accrued over $550k with the help of my advisor from an initial $120k investment thus far.
Finding financial advisors like “Diana Casteel Lynch” who can assist you shape your portfolio would be a very creative option. There will be difficult times ahead, and prudent personal money management will be essential to navigating them.
The thing to me is, if you invest and have other income outside of dividends then you will be able to live off dividends without selling. Which means you can pass that on to your kids which will give them a leg up in life. $52k dividends received in 2022.
I agree! That's why it is advisable that you have to invest while you still have a regular job or earning a regular income, and do it constantly. You still need to have something that will keep you going even if you're investing. Good financial planning and money allocation is the key.
I had my share of ups and downs when I first started looking for a consistent passive income so I hired an expert advisor for aid, and following her advice, I poured some money in value stocks and digital assets,i accrued over $80K in dividends last year

I was thinking the same, but it can be time consuming to learn or babysit the process if something goes wrong. I became an amazon affiliate 8 yrs ago for my YT channel and never made a penny. I had subscribers telling me they were purchasing items with my link, but I never once received a payment from Amazon. I sold an apartment in Springfield and made about $250K. I was frustrated when I only earned $171 in interest from a regular savings account. After doing some research, I was advised to invest in stocks. Are these stocks a good point to start from?
While the stock market is promising and can give good ROI, expert guidance is essential for effective portfolio management so you don't get burnt out in the market as it is very volatile.
I opened an online high-yield savings account with 5.12863% interest compounded daily, expecting to get $2,500 in interest on my initial $50,000 at the end of the month. Instead, I only received $420. When I inquired, I was told the interest is calculated daily, which was not clearly stated on the website. My partner advised me to divert into stocks through an advisor, and in just six months, I achieved over 80% capital growth, excluding dividends. Highly recommended!

Hysa $20,000 a month, wouldn’t that mean she has at least 5 million in that account? People are saying 500,000 in the account to get 20k however the 4.60% is based off a year correct?
Thank you for your real honesty. Most people already know all these "side hustles" but the difference is that you actually tell the truth about most of the common challenges for each. This makes it better for me to realistically start one of those avenues or not. And you're the first one to tell us "if you have kids, a family, a business, a full schedule, this avenue may not be for you." No one really talks about that aspect of how it is more difficult to do certain pursuits when you have a family.
Only thing I would like to point out it would have been better if you stated for example on High Yield Savings Account "You should do your own research though, because some may have higher rates than So-Fi, but they have different policies, perks, and restrictions. Save at your own risk." Because some people don't know there's multiple companies, banks. and federal credit unions that do HYSA. Or reminding people there is a risk for credit card bonuses if they have a hard time saving, budgeting, and overspending. As it is easy to get into unending debt with credit cards with just ONE bad month, it can snowball. Luckily I know some additional things, but some who are brand new to all this do not.
This video indicates you don't need a high IQ to be a good investor, just 2 qualities, self discipline and a lot of patience. Investing is mostly about behavioural psychology. Same reason why I loved the book The Psychology of Money. How can I generate more income to retire with at least $3m for long term care?
We share common goal, making sure you are ready for your later years is very important. That's why passive investing works, low costs, better diversification and it enables people to overcome their behavioural bias especially if they engage professional help so they don't act impulsively.
Buying a stock is easy, but buying the right stock without a time-tested strategy is incredibly hard. Hence what are the best stocks to buy now or put on a watchlist? Interesting..but...I think you are going to find out that rental real estate is NOT an investment it is actually a Business, that requires a lot of attention. I do know many readers will disagree with me, and those who actually own rental real estate will likely agree.
Nothing beats the involvement of a expert in any trade or investment, selfishness and greed held many back and they ended up suffering huge losses, and the crypto market - currencies does not no exception.
Day trading Bitcoin can make you hold so much capital a day , let say when you enter and exist the market 150 times a day with $200 calculate how much profit you will make
Becoming a good trader takes time and patience. When i first got into trading i was liquidated twice, and lost my entire mortgage deposit. Diversify your holdings across several asset types to reduce risk rather than putting all of your eggs in one basket. If you don't know a lot about finances, speak with a financial expert.
Accurate asset allocation is crucial with an Experts guidance. I have 850k in equity, 300K cash earning 5.25 interest, 685k in 401k, 250k cash account, 120k in car assets ( paid off cars) Gold and silver bars. My advisor helped me realign my portfolio to my risk tolerance and it boomed overtime.

Having an investment adviser is the best way to go about the market right now, especially for near retirees, I netted over $220K during this dip, that made it clear there's more to the market that we avg joes don't know
That's impressive! I could really use the expertise of this advisor.

This aligns perfectly with my desire to organize my finances prior to retirement. Could you provide me with access to your advisor?

Thank you so much! This is exactly what I needed right now. I wrote her an email and am waiting for her reply. Hopefully, she responds soon.

Putting well-earned money into the stock market can't be over emphasised for first-time investors, unlike a bank where interest is sure thing! Buying stocks might seem easy, but picking the right one without a solid plan is tough. I've been trying to grow my $100K portfolio, but the tricky part is not having clear plans for when to buy and sell. Any tips on this would really help.
The strategies are tough for average people. They're usually done well by experts with lots of skills and knowledge.
I agree. From my own experience with an investment advisor, I've got $1 million in a diverse portfolio that's growing fast. It's not just about having money for stocks; you need to know your stuff, stay determined, and be resilient.
Mind if I ask you to recommend this particular coach you're using their service?
Lauren Marissa Steiner is the licensed advisor I work with. A simple search with her name you'd find the necessary details to work with to set up an appointment.
I find this informative, curiously explored Lauren on the web, spotted her consulting page, and was able to reach out to her, she shows quite a great deal of expertise from her resume.. very much appreciated.
I’m saving and investing around 70 percent of my income in the financial market(high yield etfs, stocks etc) pretty much how I made my first million although with an FA. I have a high paying engineering job, and I live upstate NYC. my expenses are low. I have zero debt, low rent and car truck paid off. So i can just save. feel lucky at this point I'm actually grateful for my advisor handling my portfolio.
Truly Stocks, ETFs and Mutual funds are the best investment decision you can make both short term and long term for steady money flow. Kudos
recently started in stocks and I don't mind investing a substantial sum, i'd like to know your advisor ?
Certainly, her name is Dianne Sarah Olson and she's quite known, search her up for her info

Thats really motivating! Any advice or tips on knowing where to start as a senior Biology major in college?

I feel investors should be focusing on under-the-radar stocks, and considering the current rollercoaster nature of the stock market, Because 35% of my $270k portfolio comprises of plummeting stocks which were once revered and i don't know where to go here out of devastation.
Safest approach i feel to tackle it is to diversify investments. By spreading investments across different asset classes, like bonds, real estate, and international stocks, they can reduce the impact of a market meltdown. its important to seek the guidance of an expert.

There are strategies that could be put in place for solid gains regardless of economy or market condition, but such executions are usually carried out by investment experts or advisors with experience

Professionals currently dominate the market because they possess not only the necessary business plan but also inside knowledge that the general public does not.

I'm a passionate investor, always curious about how successful investors build significant wealth through their ventures. I recently sold a house, leaving me with over $545K in equity, but I'm unsure of my next move. Should I invest in stocks now, or wait for a more opportune moment?
The current market conditions may provide opportunities to increase revenues swiftly; however, experience is required to carry out such a plan.

I’m pretty young and just started my portfolio with around $180K. Dividends drew me in right away! Slowly trying to create significant passive income and manage my Stock Portfolio. how do I invest to deal with markets ups & downs
It's wise to seek expert assistance when beginning your financial portfolio. market is volatile, so professional guidance is so important..

The main focus for markets now is Nvidia, which has powered a large chunk of the S&P 500’s recent earnings. Nvidia’s stock, up more than 90% this year, rose 2.5% in New York on Monday, sending the Nasdaq 100 index to another record high. I'm still looking for companies to make additions to my $350K portfolio, to boost performance. Here for ideas...

I’m a contractor, and my job doesn’t permit me the time to properly analyze my holdings/evaluate stocks myself, so I’ve had a fiduciary actively restructuring my portfolio for the past 7 years now to match the present market condition and that’s how I’ve been able to stay afloat, knowing when to buy and sell…maybe you should do the same.

Among these 9, which requires not so much money to start and is more suited for a 9-5er? Also, are they all taxed?
truth is you either to bring out a lot of money or time to run anything that will be profitable especially when starting out.
Goodluck.
Nice... This makes a lot of sense... How did you start?.. How can I get an expert like you said?...
I don't really understand your first question. For the second, you should start by looking out for those from credible firms and good track records. You should also make sure the person is licensed. Personally, I use Kelly Matwick. She's good and you could also look her up.
What is a 9-5er
Interesting! If i had a startup capital to execute whichever plan I have, i would have some flexibility. I would consider diversifying across different asset classes.
Absolutely, that wouldn’t have a bad turnout. It's crucial to have a well-thought-out plan, especially considering the current state of the global economy.
I agree. Given the uncertainties, it might be wise to allocate a portion to safer options like bonds or fixed income securities.
I can see where your thought process leads. However, don't forget about growth potential. You'll want to balance safety with opportunities for higher returns, maybe through a mix of stocks and real estate.

My condolences to anyone retiring in this crisis, 30 years nonstop just for a crooked system to take all you worked for.

I have $100k that i like to invest in a non-retirement account, any advice on that?
I would avoid index funds, mutual funds, and specific stocks for the time being. Right now, the best option is a fixed income of five percent. Put money aside for the times when the market really starts to bounce back.

Please, how do I connect with Lia Lorenzo? I would appreciate it if you show me how to go about it
Profitable trading requires experience, a solid strategy, and preparation, which many lack.

@@SiliconValleyGirl it is still not passive, you have to manage your manager. Airbnb keeps you busy even while you sleep
Half of these are not even passive incomes. Crypto price increase, Stock price increase is not passive income. It's money you played with and could have lost, so instead of losing all of it you made some money. Quite literally a gamble, which has paid for some and not for others.
so what is passive then? I guess only inherited money hahaha
@@SiliconValleyGirl the only passive income you mentioned is digital products. As a long-term follower I just had to leave a comment letting you know what I thought I didn't mean any offense.
@@SiliconValleyGirlthis video was a total scam
Dream big, work hard, and never stop believing in your potential!
The bot comments are insane
That is right
😅😅😅😅😂😂😂
I will be forever grateful to you, you changed my entire life and I will continue to preach on your behalf for the whole world to hear you saved me from huge financial debt with just a small investment, thank you Claudia Jenkins.
I'm surprised that this name is being mentioned here, I stumbled upon one of her clients testimonies on CNBC news last week...
She is my family's personal Broker and also a personal Broker to many families in the United states, she is a licensed broker and a FINRA AGENT in the United States.
You trade with Claudia Jenkins too? Wow that woman has been a blessing to me and my family.
I'm new at this, please how can I reach her?
The first time we had tried, we invested $1400 and after a week we received $5,230. That really helped us a lot to pay our bills.
So 1/2 million in a high yield savings account & $5 mil in index funds, based on savings accounts & stonks currently averaging 5% per year.
That's impressive! I could really use the expertise of this advisor, my portfolio has been down bad. Who’s the person guiding you?
Finding financial advisors like “Diana Casteel Lynch” who can assist you shape your portfolio would be a very creative option. There will be difficult times ahead, and prudent personal money management will be essential to navigating them.
I searched her up, and I have sent her an email. I hope she gets back to me soon. Thank you
The thing to me is, if you invest and have other income outside of dividends then you will be able to live off dividends without selling.
I had my share of ups and downs when I first started looking for a consistent passive income so I hired an expert advisor for aid, and following her advice, I poured some money in value stocks and digital assets,i accrued over $80K in dividends last year
I’ve been down a ton, I’m only holding on so I can recoup, I really need help, who is this investment-adviser that guides you?
Marisa Michelle Litwinsky Constable is the licensed fiduciary I use. Just research the name. You’d find necessary details to work with a correspondence to set up an appointment..
thank you for the lead. I searched her up, and I have sent her an email. I hope she gets back to me soon.
$2000 interest income per month from a high yield account?! somebody is joking? that requires $400k in your account.
1.23 million subs and only $400/m in affiliate income. That's insane girl. You could be making $100,000/m in affiliate income easily with 1.23 million subscribers. You're really leaving life changing money on the table.
I was thinking the same, but it can be time consuming to learn or babysit the process if something goes wrong. I became an amazon affiliate 8 yrs ago for my YT channel and never made a penny. I had subscribers telling me they were purchasing items with my link, but I never once received a payment from Amazon. If you have any advice for me on what I may have done wrong, I would seriously appreciate the insight. Thank you so much!🙏🏻
I wouldn't add increase in stock price as a passive income because there is no cash flow in it unless you liquidate. Other than that, good video.
well for some people that's their primary source of income while they are chilling on islands (hopefully me in 20 years haha)
@@SiliconValleyGirlhi
sure, than let’s put $8m into a savings account, $37k of passive income/month. easy peasy
@@SiliconValleyGirl Im going to assume you mean dividends, coz you can't spend it if you haven't sold it.
@@SiliconValleyGirl you didn’t answer his question. This isnt passive income
I started my finance channel thanks to inspiration from your videos, it’s the best thing I’ve ever done ✨❤️
Around $500K in saving account to generate 2k a month, not bad =)
If you are making 30k per year in credit card bonuses/cashbacks, I am quite sure you spend half a million using those. If not, would you mind elaborating how you could achieve this humongous number by replying to my comment or making a separate video? Thank you. Great content as always.
Did you deduct the 24% interest?
I'm glad I was introduced to forex trading and got the best teacher and mentor who helped me understand the financial market I'm grateful to Mrs Liam🙏

I invested $2,000 and the trade in one month making close to $20,000. I wonder where she got her analysis.
Seeing my broker talked on TH-cam, This was exactly how I got the recommendation about her for the past years. Hit $200k today. Thank you for all the knowledge and nuggets you had thrown my way over the last months. Started with $20k in July 2024
I'm from Brazil 🇧🇷 I and two other of my friends tried her immediately we testified her performing wonders.
Her good strategies of making large amount weekly profits for her clients are totally outstanding. Investing my $1500 with doubt and withdrawing $12,300 with happiness. I ❤️ you Lucy.

Hi…just a quick question…how or who maintains your condo in between renters? Do you subcontract a cleaning crew?
Loved it Marina! Really excited to watch a video about your stock / ETF portfolio!
So for your Hawaii condo, was your equity appreciation calculation appreciation + equity paydown?
Celia Kathleen Martel is the licensed advisor I use. Just search the name. You’d find necessary details to work with to set up an appointment. She’s really good

Kudos. I'm happy to hear this works for you, though surprised you pay for a financial adviser. I take a different approach, but I like hearing how other individuals are handling their finances. Whatever works for the individual.
Hysa $20,000 a month, wouldn’t that mean she has at least 5 million in that account? People are saying 500,000 in the account to get 20k however the 4.60% is based off a year correct?
She laying to much
Thank you for your real honesty.

Nothing beats the involvement of a expert in any trade or investment, selfishness and greed held many back and they ended up suffering huge losses, and the crypto market - currencies does not no exception.

Becoming a good trader takes time and patience. When i first got into trading i was liquidated twice, and lost my entire mortgage deposit. Shouldnt something that has less capital dependance and with low risk be a 5* rather than a 1*?
I need a way to draw up a plan to set up for retirement while still earning passive income to meet my day to day need and also get charged lesser taxes even while in a higher tax bracket. i want to invest around $250K savings.
Diversify your holdings across several asset types to reduce risk rather than putting all of your eggs in one basket. If you don't know a lot about finances, speak with a financial expert.
