The most popular investment portfolio strategies include diversification, where you spread investments across different asset classes to manage risk. Another is the growth strategy, focused on capital appreciation through high-risk, high-reward assets. Income-oriented strategies target regular income from dividend stocks or bonds. Finally, there's the value strategy, seeking undervalued assets for potential long-term gains.

According to Warren Buffett, dividends are less valuable for growing businesses and more suitable for established ones. Investing in companies that offer dividends might be seen as parking capital for steady returns, especially for those relying on portfolio income. This approach resembles bond investing, serving as a means of generating consistent earnings.

You need to consider the inflation effect on the earned interest as well. For 30 years, I would actually devide the total future value by 5-6 to get the present value(as per the rule of 72). Hence, the 8 crores after 30 years is actually worth about 1.5-1.7 crores in present value. This is a big error in your today's video.

I just sold a property in Portland and I'm thinking to put the cash in stocks, I know everyone is saying its ripe enough, but Is this a good time to buy stocks? How long until a full recovery? The best way to attain financial security and being debt free is making better investment decisions. I always tell myself you don't need that new Car or that vacation just yet and that mindset helps me make more money !nvesting. For example last year I invested 70k in Equities and Defi and made about 380k, but guess what? I put it back and traded with her again and now I'm rounding up close to a million. Just buy low sell high. Stick with a good company by either not selling when it's going lower and/or buying more at that time. Almost always the good well managed companies will come back strong at some point. The other is to get yourself a financial-advisor that can provide you with entry and exit points on the shares/ETF you focus on.

Rather than investing on it or putting money on various it stocks, we can create a smallcase out of good it stocks which consists of stable large caps and growing mid/ small caps. Would that be appreciable and a right approach..? Wouldn't we get charged for creating a smallcase and investing in it right..?

If you are not in the financial market space right now, you are making a huge mistake. I understand that it could be due to ignorance, but if you want to make your money work for you, prevent inflation from eroding your savings, build generational wealth, and cultivate good habits and financial knowledge, you must be in the market.
