I think that's the balance, allowing enough growth, but clipping back what's getting too long. I've read that China Dolls can suffer with change, but this plant seems to take anything.

Thanks Xavier. Many say that China Dolls can be a difficult plant to keep, but this one just keeps on growing and growing.
Mines started to get leggy and I’m too scared to prune it incase I kill it 😅
Oh I wouldn't worry about that. If they're growing well, these will tolerate a pruning with no issue 😁
