Okay, I’m a moron. I skipped over this when it first saw it, thinking that a meatball tutorial was a bit too narrow a niche for me. But fortunately, after my nap I was able to read more clearly. Thanks, Justin, another good one.
Is there a convert function to convert mesh to metaball? In looking at the Convert options, I'm guessing no? It would probably be a PITA anyway. I'm just kinda spitballing here.
Hi, love your tutorials, but in my case, I got a special problem. There appear no rings around my single Objects. I cannot grab em. I can selest them in outliner, but with many objects I need a way to select in my viewport. What is my Problem in here?
Hi, I would check your overlay to see if it's enabled. If it is then look into your property filters and see if you accidently disabled the selectable option. Hope that helps!

Awesome man, I really like your videos. Thanks!!
Yay! Justin is back 🤩
...did I go somewhere? :)
how can you make metaballs deform around meshes kind of like how they do with other metaballs?
for deforming AROUND meshes id say use the negative metaballs to sorta fake a collision
for merging into meshes
idk
Thanks

Can you make how to get realistic fabric texture?
bro i made some procedural material u can watch if interested
It's incredible that still they don't allow modifiers on the metaballs final mesh... intuitively it should be trivial...
