Thank you for all your wonderful recipes. I am from Bengaluru and a big fan of your cooking. I have a request, could you please please give me the recipe for the sherwa accompaniment that comes with this biryani ? I have eaten them mostly at restaurants in Bengaluru and I cannot seem to replicate the exact same thing.

Fantastic. Please share your wisdom on how you know the water after cooking chicken for 20 minutes will be sufficient to cook rice. You are doing a fantastic job, keep going. Please share traditional Fish Pulimunchi and Kori Gassi recipes. If possible before Thursday :-) Thanks.

you dont need to add more water. You soak the rice in water for 30 min. That is why the water in this recipe should be enough for the rice and chicken

Bhayya I appreciate your effort, but that final out come pic looks too oily... And this is palao not biryani. If your a professional chef, make sure not to keep lemon seeds in the biryani. I don't know why you didn't keep mint leaves.
