I love meal prep! I bought microwavable containers and freeze my prepared meals so I have 2 weeks' worth at a time. My recipes aren't too budget friendly because I make quite a lot. I'm going to make this recipe and can't wait for more ideas from you!
Have meal prepped for years. My usual rule is one meal on the stove, one in the oven, and one in crock pot. Oven can be as simple as baking some chicken thighs with a little bit of oil and spice, and then shredding it up and using it in other recipes. My meals will sustain me for 3 to 4 days each, with the leftovers being frozen and carried forward into the next week.

This podcast has taught me how to exchange high carb foods to low carb foods. My husband wanted me to make a dish the other day and I looked at the ingredients and I said, I'm going to replace these high carbs like sugar, corn starch, rice with lower carb items my sweetener, xanthan, cauliflower rice . I cut the carb count at least by 75%. I would of never knew how to exchange out if I did not learn from your podcast. Keep the videos coming!
Being a post bariatric person, meal prep for breakfast and lunch for work is important to me to continue to eat high protein, low carb and low sugar. I've lost over 60lbs so far after surgery and still working on losing more. These meal prep ideas that are fast and easy are great. I can't thank you enough. 🥰

I was wondering if you would consider updating that recipe with the addition of some oat fiber or bamboo fiber. Your take on these recipes always brings something extra to the taste and texture. This looks delicious and I will be making it. A little tip to bring out the nutty flavor of sesame seeds is to briefly heat them in a dry pan over medium heat for a few seconds, just till they release aroma.
I like this store bought man salad I duplicated. Fresh Baby Spinach, cherry tomatoes, Rolled and sliced deli beef like london broil or roast beef, crumbles of feta, slices of purple onion, a little packet of croutons, packet of blue cheese or greek or ranch dressing.
I would love to see an Italian style meal prep, I have several ones I have come up with that are Asian and Latin style but trying to expand my horizons with meals
I love making like a zoodle casserole with marinara and Italian sausage. Keeps pretty fresh through whole week. I put a ton of veggies in the sauce to add to the health factor. Love this video idea! More like this 😊
As someone recently diagnosed as pre-diabetic, I've never worried about low-carb before. Now I see that I don't have to sacrifice flavor. If you love Korean recipes, the youtube channel Aaron and Claire is a Korean recipe channel. He doesn't do low-carb but I'm sure you would be able to figure out how to make them low carb.
I love your videos also I’ve seen people meal prepping but cook all the ingredients separately and then you just grab and make meals differently everyday it’s amazing and saves me so much time and I don’t have to eat the same combination for 6 days straight 😂 but we all have different preferences :)

Like say if i have turkey bacon and eggs for breakfast then i dont eat anything else the rest of the day maybe a snack or two then for dinner eat that entire dish u made? Like will that make me gain weight i never meal prep i couldnt see myself getting full off those portion sizes

My go to meal prep is a Keto friendly stuffed cabbage rolls. Make ahead so many and ya can freeze and meal prep. Family loves it.

If you want to make the meat more authentic to Korean flavors add Gochujang paste. It’s a red pepper paste.

Grass fed and grass finished is way healthier than the regular. The regular has more omega 6 that we don't need. :)
