Good video. I have been chasing a gremlin through a couple bike fits over the years, never was a huge issue, just noticed it. My right foot for some reason has a twist at the top of the stroke, and it seemingly turns me duck footed, then on the downstroke, I go back to straight. Tight hip most likely issue, tried addressing, still do actually. One fitter made my stance wider, which makes sense. Made it worse for some reason. Ended up with shorter cranks, and one varus wedge in shoes, and good to go. The issue is I'm not a big rider, so the wider stance was making it worse for me. Enter short cranks and a shim, now the stance is solid.
Im actually using the metodomes together with the correct arch support on my g8 insole. And that's a lot better for my small varus issue. The varus wedge inside the shoe is would not recommend. It is so uncomfortable
This has way too few views. Actual competence is so rare in this field of youtube. Well done!

@@10ktube makes sense. Sounds like a hip issue. The foot is likely unrelated to the knee problem you described but I’m glad you got it sorted!

@@potenzaintertradeco.ltd.6970 glad you found a solution
I am having capsulitis of the joint at 2nd toe..gets worse on bike. Would wedges help? (I use eggbeater pedals FYI) Thanks!
@@BradyKendall-g5u ugh sorry to hear and sorry for delay. I bet a metatarsal pad in a customized position would be the way to go! Wedges …. Maybe
