I’ve seen on some adverts they list the shortlisting date and interview date - I was wondering when you’d hear if you were called to interview. When they shortlist would they invite on the same day?

Is there an assessment at the end of the training year? Do you get graded at the end of this year?
No, more so a look through our evidence, a final moderation observation and a report from our mentor/link tutor I believe
