It is not only on the 4th they shoot them off in our neighborhood it starts days before and on this July 4th the did not stop until after 1:30 A.M. I among others have not sleep for nights now and it is still going on tonight the 5th of July. I am a cancer patient and suffer from side effects, sleep is crucial, have elderly neighbors going through the same thing, pets are frightened so much they cry, shake and pace constantly, and effect military members with PTSD. The people who have to work and get up early are also affected. If Idaho fire works are illegal why on earth do our officials allow vendors to sell them nearly on every street corner? My windows were shaking they were so near and some landed outside my window.
The state will gladly take the taxes for fireworks sold but you better not use them. It's all about the money.

All we need to know is no aerial fireworks can't be used in Idaho, whether or not they can be purchased in Idaho is irrelevant.
