I think anyone with a functioning brain understood exactly what Gary Neville meant by that title he gave Chelsea. If you watch the game, look at the stats, and looked at the teams, Chelsea should have won that game and for it to be a cup final, you either play to win or don’t show up. Their point about Man Utd underperforming is valid, but the complete lack of understanding the context of those two games is incredible. Did you really expect Man Utd to win that City game? Chelsea should've won the Carabao cup final because they had a stronger team on the pitch and performed well, and didn't go for it (especially in extra time). And they contradict themselves so much in this video it's insane.

At no point during that game did they look like winning or really in a position to get over the line. It was just a question of how many chances would City take rather than can Utd actually do anything, they were almost a non-factor. Chelsea had the cup to win and didn't turn up when it matter, Utd were just so bad they might as well as not turn up.

Bottling doesn’t mean losing from a winning position, it means being in at a significant advantage to succeed, putting in a lot of effort but at the end not performing and throwing it away.

Agree with the guys here. Man Utd are only 3 or 4 signings away from really competing for the title again under an astute coach who has a plan and plays to the strengths of the existing players. They need a LB, CB, CM and RW. And they might not even need a RW if they can get Sancho’s career back on track. The likes of Casemiro and Varane stay to create competition for places.

I know Arsenal didn't win the league, but prior to last season nobody would have thought that Granit Xhaka would be so instrumental to a title charge. I love Xhaka, but never in my wildest dreams would I have thought that possible. Situation really matters for players.
Spurs went to United a few months back with half a fit squad and had 65% possession and would have won if not for defensive errors.But only i side seems like they‘ve got a plan going forward and big Ange has only been at Spurs 8 months compared to how long TH has been at United.Also TH seems to alienate a lot of players.I think he will be replaced in pre season.

United’s first team is not bad but issue is that we do not get to play our best 11 together at all. We played without a left back for most of the season, we only had one fullback in the squad, we don’t have a right winger garnacho isn’t more than a squad player and is being bullied vs the big teams, we don’t have a replacement for hojlund, the mason greenwood issue killed our attack, casemiro is old and other than the 18 year old academy boy in mainoo we don’t have a number 8. We need at least a center back, a fullback, a 6, a right winger and a back up midfielder
