The main charge is essentially about inflating revenue streams to allow City to spend what they spent without breaking FFP/PSRs. There's also another set of charges about Mancini's wages.
In terms of expenditure on the squad there's nothing in the charges to suggest City spent significantly more than they reported on transfers themselves. The fact is Chelsea and United have spent more on players since 2012 than City and won half as many titles as them, and that pisses people like you off.
I am a United fan , and Iv had enough of the saltiness from everybody. This is what dominance feels like, like prime tiger woods. It’s not good for neutrals or sport but neither is it meant to be, and that’s what make dramatic sporting moments so magical when they do occur

Ask yourself why, if the PL have evidence, they're keeping quiet and allowing City to carry on at the top winning trophies if they have anything on them? They can't take points away retrospectively, because they would have had to do that with everybody else.

I think the whole point is that city’s playing style is just not exciting. The other team barely gets a chance cause they just keep the ball for too long sometimes without creating a chance for 3 minutes. Thats boring to watch. Its not fun. Its not good promotion for the game to non football fans.

The reason people should care and drop this act of not caring if 115 win the league is because with apathy and no accountability clubs like Leicester will start their next Premier league with a 5-10 point deduction for 1 or 2 breaches of FFP regulation while the 115 will go on to win a 5th premier league title in a row and compete for another treble while the other Prem clubs like Everton, Forrest, and the newly promoted Leicester deal with the heat of possibly being in a relegation battle due to rightly deserved point deductions. City fans should understand we don’t hate you we hate that your club spent money they didn’t earn through club revenue, hid funds in offshore accounts, and then hid these offenses and refused to cooperate with the decade of Premier League requests to see these financials and get them sorted out back then.
