Hi Kyle, thanks for the complement. hope you can get your dishwasher fixed. It's a tight space to work but it can be done. I'd like to know how it goes for you.
Hi Roy, i believe it was about 10 min. But Im not sure. I dont think it will ruin it to soak longer. It you can not twist the metal plunger with a pliers after soaking for 10 min, try soaking it another 10 min. and try again. Keep soaking it and trying to twist the plunger. At some point it should spin while its inside the cavity. Once you get it to release and spin, try pulling outward and turning it at the same time and it should come out. Use a large pliers to help give you a good grip and more torque. Keep an eye on the plastic parts, it should be okay. The Works toilet bowl cleaner comes in a plastic bottle and so it should be okay on that plastic. I didnt notice it softening the plastic on my part. But just be careful and keep an eye on it.
At the 41 sec mark in the video I do have a note that I soaked it for about 10 min. When using the pliers, try to turn in both directions 3 or 4 times. If it wont release, soak it some more. It should eventually break loose. Be patient with it and let the Works do its job.
Exactly what I needed, thank you 😊
👍 Glad it helped!
Very cool!! Good job
@@LbzRHINO thx Ryan!
You rock girlfriend I think this is my problem I’m gonna pull the plunger off and see if that helps me

How long did you soak the solenoid? Will it ruin it if I soak more than 10min?
