Ok i must have the basic model. After 5 years of having mine now its creeks and makes noise. And i dont know if someone broke it but something is stopping it from rocking foward like its off track. Please help. Now i have 9 month old twins and really need it. Now its basically broke. 😢

I have had this Dutailier for 20 years, and i still love it. I sit in it every day.
Same. 22 yrs old and 4 kids later and we still love it! Bummed they went out of business.
