In the first screen itself you can leave the password empty for the local account. That will do the job instead of setting up a password for local account an again changing it to empty.

A little confused. The title of your article is Turn Off Password/PIN. I want to remove my PIN in Win 21H1 but you seem to speak only to the Password. Does removing the password also remove the PIN?.

Yep removing the password removed the pin or you can also remove the pin and make it into a password first and do this process

Thank you very much, I tried it on an old computer I have and just removing the PIN made it bypass the login screen completely, didn't have to remove the password either. There's so many older videos that claim to work, they might work on an older, not up to date version but not on a computer with all the updates installed, this was fast and painless
