I would recommend taking that lightning spear. No ice armor necessary, the entire screen is damaged and stunned. You just meteor and keep speeding through.
I'd probably say that there's more planning with movement than with other builds like ball light and blizz, for example with blizzard, you can kind of just cast it on everything and it'll all just die. It's fun but, it's just not at the top of most optimal builds now. I'd say Blizzard and Ball Light are the best if you're just looking for efficiency.

I liked it with light spear too! Might give that another crack if I swap back to Meteor.
