Nice to see Bouncy Fireball have its moment on the channel, loved running this up through my level 100 and T90's but switched to Blizz Lighning for that better Boss DMG and T100 clears. This is why the game needs build saving imho so many good Sorc builds this season (Firewall/ Meteor, Bouncy Fireball / Meteor, Blizzard Light, BL, Arc Lash - just to name a few).

She has 8 derivatives on it depending on what you are tackling - I use the T100 which uses Blizz / currents / spear + Chain / Ball enhancements + Glacial aspect (with and w/o Ubers). There are a couple others but, I don't think I booked them and that is the one I am following atm for T100 clears and rotas.

I've now played this build for week or so - my second Fireball/Meteor Sorc in S03 - aaaand, it's pretty good. But by no means is it the strongest Fireball/Meteor build out there. And in no version of reality does it get anywhere near the numbers advertised in the title or thumbnail. Neither does it 1-shot anything on higher tiers. Don't get me wrong, it's still decent. However, I really don't understand the need to exaggerate and outright lie in the title and the thumbnail. It really makes navigating good content exceedingly difficult.
Having meteor as an enchantment in high tier dungeons and difficult content is great, but for open world events such as helltides, gathering of legions etc. the fireball enchantment is more fun if not effective. I just giggle when it clears a whole area with just one bouncing fireball. 😅
This build allowed me to jump from lvl30 nightmare to 75 and I am still missing 2 uniques plus an underpowered 3rd. I ended having more paragon points than you did , so I must have missed something but I dumped them into the last board, upper right corner giving me +10 lucky hit chance. Now I have 70% lucky hit chance, 80% if I have a barrier. You should also try slotting The Oculus, the multiple teleports make the upper level dungeons a breeze.
For those wanting to run this or running this build and having issues with it. Replace ice blades with blizzard. You have your spider giving vulnerability to enemies already so you don't need ice blades for vulnerability. And the cooldown effect from them is trash cause it hardly works. Blizzard will still give you your mana if your spider is hitting them. And blizzard works better for dungeons than ice blades by 1000%. Plus now you can freeze enemies. Tibault's is needed for your mana as well, spam your tp or flame shield when out of mana. You can rework the paragon board a little adding to more dmg and less resistance. You're already dead regardless if you don't have a barrier in high tier dungeons so that extra resistant literally doesn't make a difference. And not sure if he purposely leaves out ubers or not. But heart of selig can make you more tanky, keep more mana, but the dmg difference i still don't know. It seems about the same regardless which you choose. Imma run the selig for a bit and see how that works for me
I’ve been using pure meteor with teleport enchant and boots with attacks reduce evade and +4 teleport. Teleport has like 125% lucky hit so spamming it with the evade means meteors everywhere for free. Quite happy with it for vault farming

Love this build, but couldn’t get a required unique to drop until level 96. But I made a slight change, I’m not sure how much better or worse it is but I use the oculus for my wand and put metamorphosis on my amulet and moved three curses over to my focus.
This is the REALLY build's mage. 🔥 And distance attack. I said fireball is the most important spell, and in this 3rd season with meteor is just supreme.
I’ve been waiting for you to make this build. I’ve been running this build all season long. Paragon build is a little different and same with the skill tree. But other than that everyone is the same. If anyone running this build if you are running lower content I highly suggest replacing meteor enchantment with frozen orb.

Seeing this build being used late game makes me happy. This is almost exactly the build i have used from start to finish this season and even throughout leveling it has been the strongest build ive ever used. This is also the first time i thought of this build myself instead of using a leveling guide. i managed to get the unique gloves early in t3 and i used it with iceheart brais and it was so good.
Beast seems worse than Durial most of the time. Especially when you absolutely need that stupid helmet. Glad I have some peeps to help me n times like this, I’ll get her some freaking day.

Always great guides, I can't get this to work, I don't have Gen or Evernight, your previous meteor build is better despite me having a perfectly itemized gear set for this build. Thanks, been doing variations of meteor, by ideas of yours and some others. This felt pretty powerful, although due to not very expert still tend to die around 70 tier NMT. From external viewpoint I like incinerate (as well as hydra). Cant remember the item, but one wand has +6 incinerate I recall. What you think, could that skill work equally, or near as well good as enchantment? If you have time one more build with that twist would be appreciated.
Tried a bunch of builds from this channel....not only have I never seen a trillion damage but they have lately been incomplete and lack full paragon boards.
Xfals is really not good in this build, Sorc doesn't have enough ability to scale damage for the ring. It's not worth dropping an aspect for it. Storm Swell gives you another 1.3 multiplier. Also why is this video saying "trillion damage" there isn't even close to trillion damage happening here 🤣 you put this nonsense in every video you post.😊

Three questions... first, why not use the chest for the "fortune" aspect? second, if you're not using esu, why use the aspect? Third wheres shattered sky aspect for more meteor?
Shattered Sky is not that good, it doesn't add that much damage. you are sacrificing a 25-30% multiplier for it, not worth it. Fortune is an option on chest, I run with it and like it. You don't need to use Raiment, it's just an option.

I'm tempted to swap out Lightning Blade to Fireball on the C0 Meteor build after seeing this to give it a 2nd chance. Isn't this relatively same and interchangeable with that Paragon board? The only diff seems to be using Exploit instead of Control glyph and since on both boards you are at 29/25 Dex not sure what yellow nodes differences are between both since there's no summary but I'd assume comparable. You actually have higher dex/int on the other paragon board.
For the senechal, am feeling I have higher dommage output with arc (to apply vulnerability to almost all ennemies) instead efficiency. Even on paper the 15 crits chance sounds great, i doesn’t see a difference when playing because the crits rate is already very high. What do you think about? Thanks!
@@jessiejones907 hi Jessie, run tibults will and prodigy aspect on your ring until you get starless / xfal. You want to have high CDR to spam flame shield and teleport. If you still are having issues, I recommend getting a lucky hit chance to restore resource on ur offhand. Imo mana cost reduction is better than mana regen. As temporary support to mana, run resource support on tempest. Hope that helps.
Does the cold damage mana regen still work for all types? Struggling with mana also I've followed this completely and my attack power is still in 8,700s how have you got 10.5k attack power i must be missing somthing. Great video as always watch all you builds really easy to follow
Been playing it for first week of the season. Good build, can clear Vaults 100 easy. However, these builds have 2 problems: 1) While all content creators are making builds with relying on Vulnerable dmg, these builds in fact have almost no Vulnerable up time. This build could definitelly be optimized, and probably dropping Vulnerable paragon completely. Relying on Seneschal does not work very well, even if hitting multiple targets, let alone single target, unless you are running very slowly. It will catch up with you in the final room only. 2) Boss dmg is poor. While it can kill Uber Lilith, anything can these days. But forget about touching Butcher or Son of Malphas in dungeons, it has no chance. Its not very good against dungeon bosses either. Overall: Fun build, still far from optimized, but weaker than Blizzard, especially when it comes to boss dmg.
Really liking the build so far just having trouble managing mana without the resource stone. I have Evernite but not Genesis. Any recommendations until I do get Genesis? Thanks.

Man was hoping for something more interesting. You should check my build out its combination of lightning ball 2xconjuration and metheor helmet as mana generator/nuke/fire source. This helmet is my nr2 unique just after Oculus. I play hardcore and hate teleport chest for its 20% cd increse and suicidal glass cannon.

I try this build, i Had No Problems with Chain lightning t90+ now i can kill faster but im absolutly 1 Hit in 90+ even a small Red Bar can 1 Hit me in t100 i dont get it...
Make sure that you are getting renown through the various areas of sanctuary. There are 10 skill points to be acquired by completed various tasks, dungeons, etc... in the Kehjistan, Scosglen, Fractured Peaks, Dry Steppes, and Hawezar areas. You can see how many renown points you have... in the "Map" area of the game. When you hover over one of the 5 areas... there should be a rewards option that you can select and see your renown. Renown itself has several steps/stages you must go through to get the skill points. Add these 10 points to the 48 points you get from leveling to 50... then you have the 58 skill points.
Tibaults is the only the ng you need for this build that he drops. It drops frequently. Shouldn't need to run too many times. Getting a max 40% DMG roll may take some farming.
Some things are not clear to me or are wrong about this build... first of all, there is no cold damage in this build except the icy blades, thats not much and not enough to get infinite mana, at least not for me, iam running out of mana all the time. i can deal with it through using prodigy aspect on a ring again, but not with the two rings you are suggesting. And the blades are just attacking one target, not several... so how to benefit from any cold damage if you are not haveing another source of cold damage except the blades? Doesnt make sense to me it doesnt work for me either... cause cold damage is very much needed for the mana as i understand it. That leads to the next question, why using the frigid board in paragon? This build doesnt have cold damage, at least no cold damage that matters at all, why wasting the points on the frigid board? And... there is not enough source for vulnarable either, only the blades... which is really not much. its ok against one enemy, but yeah... for clear8ing out dungeons with infinite mana? Nope.
Phuk the ice blades. Throw on blizzard instead. Don't spend anything in ultimates unless it is for lilith, then substitute ice shield for deep freeze for the Insta kill spikes incase your fire shield hasn't recharged. After you get tibaults and a good "lucky hit chance to regain mana" you should be good on mana as long as you're teleporting and hitting stuff

Hello, I’m fairly new to the game and I was wondering if the build allows you to change out one of the aspects for the aspect of shattered stars.
Didn't see it commented anywhere, but the Snowveiled Aspect should do some decently amazing things for this build, if you can wiggle it in anywhere.
So, are you happier with this build over the pure meteor? Just curious because I'm going through and leveling that one now.

Done 27 Beast in the Ice runs, only 1 Starfall with the worst possible stats. I'll probably get it a few days before the season ends

Shredding Blades + Storm Swell for vulnerable damage or Elements, can also try shattered stars for more meteors

I got the new helmet and with how I had my build leaning towards lucky hit now my lucky hit chance is at 114% so pretty darn lucky now lol

Man was hoping for something more interesting. You should check my build out its combination of lightning ball 2xconjuration and metheor helmet as mana generator/nuke/fire source. This helmet is my nr2 unique just after Oculus. I play hardcore and hate teleport chest for its 20% cd increse and suicidal glass cannon.

you think you can make a better stronger ice shard build? im still using your build before season one and find it so good to use, but boss damage is rough late game
It's a monster for trash. Watch entire rooms blow up without me even being there. Ubers are painful though (still trying to farm pants).

How many paragon points do you have jesus, I can't even get to the last paragon board and I run out. Yes I'm level 100. And flamefeeder is semi critical for the build
I try this build, i Had No Problems with Chain lightning t90+ now i can kill faster but im absolutly 1 Hit in 90+ even a small Red Bar can 1 Hit me in t100 i dont get it...

How many sorc builds are you guys gunna say is the best within a few weeks? Which really is the best?
I started playing diablo about 2 months ago, can someone explain how he has 58 skill points to spend? Am I missing something?
Make sure that you are getting renown through the various areas of sanctuary. There are 10 skill points to be acquired by completed various tasks, dungeons, etc... in the Kehjistan, Scosglen, Fractured Peaks, Dry Steppes, and Hawezar areas. You can see how many renown points you have... in the "Map" area of the game. When you hover over one of the 5 areas... there should be a rewards option that you can select and see your renown. Renown itself has several steps/stages you must go through to get the skill points.
Add these 10 points to the 48 points you get from leveling to 50... then you have the 58 skill points.
Getting these uniques is serving tricky, any hints still not strong enough to do durial. Do i just need to lvl then run him over and over?
Tibaults is the only the ng you need for this build that he drops. It drops frequently. Shouldn't need to run too many times. Getting a max 40% DMG roll may take some farming.
Some things are not clear to me or are wrong about this build... first of all, there is no cold damage in this build except the icy blades, thats not much and not enough to get infinite mana, at least not for me, iam running out of mana all the time. i can deal with it through using prodigy aspect on a ring again, but not with the two rings you are suggesting. And the blades are just attacking one target, not several... so how to benefit from any cold damage if you are not haveing another source of cold damage except the blades? Doesnt make sense to me it doesnt work for me either... cause cold damage is very much needed for the mana as i understand it.
That leads to the next question, why using the frigid board in paragon? This build doesnt have cold damage, at least no cold damage that matters at all, why wasting the points on the frigid board?
And... there is not enough source for vulnarable either, only the blades... which is really not much. its ok against one enemy, but yeah... for clear8ing out dungeons with infinite mana? Nope.
Phuk the ice blades. Throw on blizzard instead. Don't spend anything in ultimates unless it is for lilith, then substitute ice shield for deep freeze for the Insta kill spikes incase your fire shield hasn't recharged. After you get tibaults and a good "lucky hit chance to regain mana" you should be good on mana as long as you're teleporting and hitting stuff
Just go all Meteor and do 2-6m hits.
