    2 years na po ang disc bulge ko inabot na ng pandemic naka 15 sessions na ng theraphy d pa rin magaling. Ok lang po lung mag theraphy

    Problem ko po parang manhid kanang paa ko mag 3 yrs napo say ng manghihilot nangysyari daw sa mga may idad, i used cane narin protection baka madapa daw po ako , tanongnlang po bakit ganoon kanang paa ko lang po mahina

    Doc ask lng po. Merun po kc ako diac bulge at sciatica,nag eexercise po ako every other day, nid po ba dapt arw arw ko. Kc maskit po sya pag arw arw. Sa simula lng po ba un masakit. O dpt itigil.ko po ba

    Two Knees replacement ako kaya yung kneeling I can't do that at yung crossing the legs pero yung iba OK Lang 👌 😅 it helps

    Yes po Doc last june q po naranasan na mafeel ung pain fro the butt going down to the left leg pinagdudahan q po agad na sciatica without seeing a doctor. Salamat po Doc sa pagshare ng video

    Doc samasakit po yong right foot ko sa ilalim ng ankle may mga bilog bilog pag inaapak ko po masakit pag hinihilot ko at pinipisa ko yong mga bilog parang jolen masakit ang hirap po iapak lalo na sa umaga pag bagong gising sobrang sakit ano po kya ito at ano po ang mga best remedy nito lagi ko hinihilot hindi parin nawawala ang mga bilog bilog

    Lahat.po ng cnabi.nyu.gagawen ko kc masakit po ang kabiyak na pwet ko nd ko po maigalaw bumibikil po sng sakit para pongnaghihilshan ang sakit pag.gumalaw po ako sa paghiga ko sobra pong masakit.

    Doc un pain ko bumaba sa likod ng hita or binti kaya pag lumalakad ako parang naninigas un binti ko i diagnose siatica i take medicine but i want to heal without medicine ano dapat ko n gawin

      Rosemarie Robediso try to decrease po yung inflammation bago mag zumba. Stretching exercise muna.

    Thank you so much Doc. I'll try them. I can no longer afford to go to rehab since we moved back to the Philippines. We spent so much going to rehab, checkups and medications since our car accident in 2019. Up to now the pain and discomfort is there, so I stopped taking pain meds cause it's hurting my stomach. But after watching you and trying some stretches, I could now put on my bra on my own. It's a big help for me because it's so frustrating always asking my husband to dress me up. I felt really worthless. Unfortunately, our injuries still hurts specially when we go out. But I really appreciate all your videos, it makes life easier.🙏😘🤗❤️
