Anders in Awakening was just so good, I know he went through a lot but I wish they had kept some of his playful personality for DA2… Also Sandal spoiling Inquisition?? 😭
Well, you're in luck because he does. His humor shines through quite a bit in banter and DLCs. As time goes on, the possession gets worse and he loses his humor in Act Three, as pointed out by Varric when he tries to joke with him as they did before.
@@M.Datura I mean, the Inquisition team literally hired a crime reporter to help keep the lore consistent, so I think they had a good idea of where the larger story arc was headed during 2012-2013. Yep, you see him in Awakening. (Oghren is pretty much the only returning companion companion.) Spoils how Anders’ actions in DA2 wasn’t actually him in control. You take a close look at Justice, and you notice most of his actions are in line with that bastard. Even losing Ser Pounce A Lot. Justice never liked him. I wonder if he lived, or if Justice forced Anders to kill him without knowing.
@@Norinia Anders explained that ser pounce a lot was taken by other grey wardens and he will try to feed cats in DA2 so this one is not because of justice
@@Just_a-guy Yes, the Anders who’s *possessed by Justice* says that. Who’s to know if that’s even reality. Like I said in what I wrote, DAO Awakening reveals the Anders you meet in DA2 is CLEARLY not himself. It’s fully revealed at the end, I think of rivalry romance, as Anders breaks down in horror of what he’s done, of what he’s become. (This is even spoiled a bit in his Act 3 final quests I think, when if you oppose what he does, Justice suddenly possesses him to try to chase you away (verbally, not a fight) and Anders is shaken upon regaining control) That’s why I also wrote what I wrote at the end. Anders’ memory and personality has clearly been altered by Justice. Who knows if that’s the truth, or if Ser Pounce a Lot was permanently dealt with. Joke's on you. I've played Dragon Age so much, that I don't even need the context for these scenes to know what's going on.

The amount of times my Hala has flown over the map because I decided to summon him against a wall. At some point I started doing it out of sheer fun.
