That was our goal. When we visited it was always the same restaurants that were showcased, and with limited diversity. So although we didn't have a lot of time, we wanted to explore lesser known places. Glad we did too as the food at those restaurants was top notch. Of all the places we went, mida, bovas, and ivory pearl were out favorite and they're hardly on any lists for Boston food stops.
I told Sara she was missing out. I was so shocked when she told me she never had one. I was like we HAVE to get cannolis now!. Those cannolis...top 5 I've ever had.
You two had some amazing looking food on your trip! The options at the Ivory Pearl sounded very unique, I think Skylar would want to try the tentacle dog. How cool that Sarah got to try her first canoli during this adventure!
Ivory Pearl and Mida were great. Sara says the food at Mida might be the best she's had while on one of our travels. I'm actually leaning toward agreeing with her. It was that good.
Oh my word, the food in Boston looks fricking amazing! I just wish you'd spend longer on each place and dish, so we can feast vicariously! 😁😃 The tentacle dog looked very interesting... was it chewy or soft? I was so happy you had clam chowder, and that you still had a great time despite the weather! ~ Mandy

Well we only had a short time there. So only so much we could see in that time period. We also sought out mida and ivory pearl for that reason. Thanks for watching

Oh we would absolutely love that! We'll definitely be back for a longer period of time to explore. The well known places like oyster house weren't that great if we're being honest. Would love more time to see local spots

Yeah we got to get better at that. We love food so we get impatient. we're both always like, "you got the shot you need? Okay let's eat!"
The texture wasn't chewy at all. It was the wildest thing! Literally tasted like a hotdog
