None of those recipes are italian at all. If an italian like me watches this video, hes gonna have goosebumps coz those are totally reinvented recipes, in fact chefs are mexican and dont know a thing about italian food. Chicken with sauce in bread is something really nasty for italians and you’ll never find anything like that in italian restaurants nor in italian families.Just gross… Plus, bolognese recipe is totally wrong, people from Bologna they are shivering seeing bolognese cooked like that
Such a beautiful city, nice building structures. I can feel the cripysiness of the chicken and the bread, it looks yummy with the cheese and tomato sauce😋😋 To the person reading this: Even though I don’t know you, I wish you the best of what life has to offer.

I grew up in Everett, Massachusetts. I’m American Italian decent. My Mother and Grandmother were the best cooks. Everything fresh. Sicilian decent, both Grandparents. We ate on occasions in East Boston, always room for Mike’s pastry in the North end. Always had birthday cakes made there. Rum cake. Great memories. I moved away to New Bedford. Back in the late 1950's into the mid 1970's there was a small family run " restaurant " in East Boston near the cargo entrance to the airport. They only had a flat top grill so it was mostly burgers, dogs and pepper and egg sandwiches'. But they had a local favorite which was 2 BIG THICK slices of bologna cooked on the grill with caramelized onions and green peppers on a freshly baked Bulkie Roll. It cost 75 cents and you could get a cold beer to wash it down. .All the truck drivers used to stop and grab one to go.

Italian food is so astonishing :0, the meals looked so tasty and flavourful, I could only imagine the aroma and my mouth was watering during the whole video: I got hungry only by looking at every pasta dish. The kitchens and the process, the details Mark gives about the food and how much appreciation he shows to the owners, the people at the restaurants, as well as his respect to the cuisine's authenticity and the enthusiasm, happiness that results from just one bite, it’s a truly incredible experience. I loved the process of creating the pasta at Rino’s place. It looked so simple and yet so experienced, it was beautiful how easily the cooks handled everything. I admire them so much :0. Thank you Mark for sharing this adventure :) .
Mark huge fan here! I’ve been here since before 100k and am so proud of the growth of this channel. Well deserved. I live in Boston and if you’re still around I’d love to show you some of the BEST places to eat. Hidden gems. Not sure when these are filmed though so you might be out of New England. Hey Janet, thank you very much. And appreciate your offer. This was filmed a few weeks ago, so not in Boston anymore, but I'll let you know if I visit again, thanks!
I can't recall the food looking so good as in this vid. Surely the food was extraordinary, but big UPS to the photographer, who I suspect was Mark's wife. Outstanding job of memorializing the meal.
Our food in Boston is incredible one of the many reasons why I struggle to move because our pizza, Italian American foods, seafood is just so amazing and so hard to leave :(
Oh I laughed alright 🤣 Laughed hard, and I don't even live in the Northeast. Comparing Papa John's and Pizza Hut to an authentic well made Italian pizza is a real joke. 🙄
@@divaah4406 ethnicity has nothing to do with the laugh a chain pizza being compared to a actually wood fired pizza done with truly fresh and quality ingredients is laughable.
@TravelerPat Of course you're right about that but I chalk that up to the fact that folks are either in a hurry and go the convenience route or they haven't a clue like the two ladies from The blue grass state.
Love all the Italian chefs at Dino😀😀😀 viva el Mexico, i think that majority of world best chefs are frome mexico now. The food looks great, thank you for sharing.
As Italian, I really appreciate that Mark specifies Italian-American food because that's what it is. Looks really rich and tasty! But people should know that it's not what they would find in Italy. It does tell the history of millions of italian immigrants though!
Exactly, this is not original Italian at all, you will get better original Italian food and pizza in Europe, in Italy obviously, but also here in Denmark, made by 1st and 2nd generation Italian immigrants.
@@potato-yx5te .. Like everything else in America, it's crossed-culture fusion, lacking the original culture. America is not a preserver of different original cultures, but a giant "blender" that will ruin anything original.
@@ivanteo1973 Fully agree. The point is that 99% of 'pizza places' in Rome, Florence etc are just 'tourist traps', where they use frozen ingredients to feed tourist and giving them what they 'believe' is Italian pizza... I feel sorry for them, but this has noting to do with true Italian pizza, as the 'American-italian food' shown in the video has - obviously - nothing to do with 'Italian' food! I respect the 'American-italian' tradition, but I simply find it too heavy, far too greasy (that sauce served with the ravioli is - in my personal view - simply obscene...). But, hey, everyone has his own taste!
If you like the food in this video, you should go to the US not Italy. This is all Italian-American food which is _very_ different to the food in Italy. I'm not saying it's bad, just that you won't find it at all in Italy!

If an italian like me watches this video, hes gonna have goosebumps coz those are totally reinvented recipes, in fact chefs are mexican and dont know a thing about italian food. Chicken with sauce in bread is something really nasty for italians and you’ll never find anything like that in italian restaurants nor in italian families.Just gross…
Plus, bolognese recipe is totally wrong, people from Bologna they are shivering seeing bolognese cooked like that
@@MIkkk86 um who do you think reinvented the recipes? lol
@@bryanromero1 coz Im italian and those are not italian recipes. No one in Italy eats pasta with chicken or chicken immersed in sauce, thats gross!!
when you hear ranchera's playing in the kitchen you know the food is gonna be fire ...!!!!
The people in that restaurant are probably amazed seeing Mark put away food and looking super skinny.
Yep 💯💯
I am flabbergasted at how much this can eat, but stay thin. At least he is eloquent in speaking.
how can you not love this guy Mark Wiens!
This guy made it to the top, 8M subscriber! We deserve Mark, congratulations ❤️
@Jamie Byford yeah, I do love Mike Chen too... He seems to be the most heavy eater comparing to Mark and Sonny.
Mike Chen's videos tend to be repetitive, he's eating South East Asian food 95% of the time at different locations
Such a beautiful city, nice building structures.
I can feel the cripysiness of the chicken and the bread, it looks yummy with the cheese and tomato sauce😋😋
To the person reading this: Even though I don’t know you, I wish you the best of what life has to offer.
That chicken parm yum!!!! Also, congratulations on 8 Million you deserve every bit of success you have.
💯❤️
I cannot imagine my life without pasta. It made my day. But again Mark makes it appetizing. This program also helps me to come up with my lunch and dinner menu. It is very interesting to watch.
That eggplant wrapped around the ricotta cheese and that pizza place with the sausage, cheese and garlic looks amazing 🤩 wow I got hungry watching this , what a great tour I’m Boston.
every good Italian restaurant on the east coast has Spanish people operating the kitchen 🙌 hard working people
cheers
Finally, you are in the best city in the world. Some say this is the cradle of civilization and where the best cuisine is created, cooked, baked, broiled, and steamed.
Boston, America's History cradle is loaded with beautiful architecture and great restaurants,
You are my favorite food vlogger. I just love how enthusiastic you are about the food you eat. I just love all your videos. Congrats on 8 million subscribers. Every time i see Micah, I think he has grown even more. Such a handsome little man. You have a beautiful family Mark.

Thank you Mark for representing my home city of Boston Massachusetts! Job well done!🙂
Hands down my favorite italian food vlog! Insane dishes. Mouth was watering the whole time. Im so jealous!
Ikr its incredible I'm a chef qnd my mouth is watering
Living in Somerville, Mass for years, I was blessed to be able to go to the North End in less 15 minutes every weekend. Summers were awesome and Mike’s pastries!!!!!
Love the Seafood here, can’t be beat. If coming this way. End Zone, Black Whale, Fathoms, are just a few. Won’t be disappointed. Best wishes ♥️♥️🙏🙏🇺🇸🇺🇸
@@patriciacrosby5053 ………Ummmm……Wicked lucky at growing up with such great cooking!!! I actually grew up in……ummm……Well……Middleboro , but lived in Somerville for several years and was surrounded by great places to eat! !……Everett eh.🤙👍🤘✌️😎
The eggplant and ravioli dishes would be my favorites!! Luscious looking dishes! Thank you mark for sharing it all…
Hello 👋 how are you doing
Back in the late 1950's into the mid 1970's there was a small family run " restaurant " in East Boston near the cargo entrance to the airport. They only had a flat top grill so it was mostly burgers, dogs and pepper and egg sandwiches'. But they had a local favorite which was 2 BIG THICK slices of bologna cooked on the grill with caramelized onions and green peppers on a freshly baked Bulkie Roll. It cost 75 cents and you could get a cold beer to wash it down. .All the truck drivers used to stop and grab one to go.
I paused what I was doing when Mark started eating the lobster ravioli. I literally had my mouth open like he was going to feed me some! 🤣🤣🤤
....lol
Don't watch before going to sleep

@@linusslinuss5341 in a lot of videos of italian restaurants you can see that when they go to the kitchen a lot of mexicans and hispanics are the ones cooking 😅 like in this videos you see they ones cooking the Italian food at rinos are Mexicans
This episode made me so hungry. I love italian food and its always hard to find a really good italian restaurant. If am ever in Boston ill go there, gracias Mark awesome work.
Thank you Mark for sharing this adventure :) .
.please?watchmetoo
sorry. this was american food. not italian. not italian in any way whatsoever.
Where was the Italian food?
Mark huge fan here! I’ve been here since before 100k and am so proud of the growth of this channel. Well deserved. I live in Boston and if you’re still around I’d love to show you some of the BEST places to eat. Hidden gems. Not sure when these are filmed though so you might be out of New England. Just let me know!

Hey Janet, thank you very much. And appreciate your offer. This was filmed a few weeks ago, so not in Boston anymore, but I'll let you know if I visit again, thanks!
What are some hidden gems?
Mark loves his spice! And I'm always amazed by all the food Mark eats and how slim he stays. In awe.
He looks like a marathoner
No kidding.
There has to be some major running on his days off. He really does look like a runner.
I always wonder as well
@Evral Tatum-Mcfield lol..
I can't recall the food looking so good as in this vid. Surely the food was extraordinary, but big UPS to the photographer, who I suspect was Mark's wife. Outstanding job of memorializing the meal.
Thank you Mark Weins, I never feel alone when watching your videos, your good company
Our food in Boston is incredible one of the many reasons why I struggle to move because our pizza, Italian American foods, seafood is just so amazing and so hard to leave :(
Italian , American food ? Did you smoke something ? Where is AMERICAN FOOD ? 😂😂😂😂
Clearly LATINOS, MASTERING ITALIAN FOOD.
"Papa John's, Pizza Hut", hillarious. Louisville: pizza ground zero. Anyone from any large northeastern city had to laugh at that one.
Good laugh here bless her heart
I’m an okie and I laughed 🤣
Mark you make the Best food video's 😋
Love all the Italian chefs at Dino😀😀😀 viva el Mexico, i think that majority of world best chefs are frome mexico now. The food looks great, thank you for sharing.
Hi
Hi

As Italian, I really appreciate that Mark specifies Italian-American food because that's what it is. Looks really rich and tasty! But people should know that it's not what they would find in Italy. It does tell the history of millions of italian immigrants though!
Exactly, this is not original Italian at all, you will get better original Italian food and pizza in Europe, in Italy obviously, but also here in Denmark, made by 1st and 2nd generation Italian immigrants.
@@agffans5725 No one said it was orginal Italian tho.
@@potato-yx5te .. Like everything else in America, it's crossed-culture fusion, lacking the original culture. America is not a preserver of different original cultures, but a giant "blender" that will ruin anything original.
@@agffans5725 I had pizzas in Florence, Rome...etc. Nothing fantastic. Sorry to burst the bubble.
That chicken Parm sandwich🤤
good job Mark....u can tell u love ur job....and it must feel great to have random strangers show u love and appreciation for ur work
You have such a joy for food that is unparalleled. It's really infectious. Keep up the great content ❤️
Anytime I watch Mark’s video, I miss America but now he made me wanna go to Italy too..!😂🇺🇸🇮🇹💕
Please visit Pakistan once to
If you like the food in this video, you should go to the US not Italy. This is all Italian-American food which is _very_ different to the food in Italy. I'm not saying it's bad, just that you won't find it at all in Italy!
@@tbirdparis agree
@@tbirdparis not to mention the grotesque portion sizes. Can't be for just one person right?
Mark, I am at Rino’s right now because of your recommendation! Thank you and the food was amazing!
Mark and Mike are prob my favorite food review vbloggers. They explain every item thoroughly and not just pretend to like it if not to taste. Makes you want to visit those locations after the reviews!
Watching y'all eating Santarpio's is killing me! I've been a fan for about 40 years.
Their dough is bland.
me too
Thanks Mark for showing me two new places to eat in Boston. I’ve had the pizza and I agree it’s very good. The chicken Parmigiana sandwich and that Bolognese dish both look amazing
Congrats on 8M! Boston is hands down my favorite place to visit and eat Italian, I dream of it lol! Can’t wait to try these new places.
