I decided about a year ago to learn to let go of all of my existential obligations. It's a slippery slope ideal but it doesn't necessarily mean intentionally failing to pursue them. ITs more like reminding myself that I don't really owe the world and even myself anything more than I believe I do and am willing to afford to deliver. Also it is not an escape from consequences but it does involve an acceptance of them.
I believe we're supposed to leave all our baggage at death's door -- fear, ego, trauma, love, hate, regret, guilt. I don't believe in karmic consequences, but one could anchor themselves here by holding onto these things.
Only discovered this band over the last couple of years and love them so much. very sad trish passed. Does anyone know what the rest of the band are up to now?
I assumed that finding the f was a reference to harmonizing the note into a chord and the title was some evidence of the experimentation going on in their production...like maybe the song was never "properly" titled because the music was the crux of its life not the need to be packaged. That said I have not idea how that assumption would apply musically and i don't know how to read music. So it was pure assumption not any kind of engineering analysis.
Rest in peace, Trish.
I came back to this interview years later. I felt alone and wanted to hear a voice I trusted. Thanks Trish. Broadcast is a gift to all who know it.
this was recommended to me by TH-cam, never heard it before but my sentiments we're exactly the same.

I thought it meant they were tuning an instrument and knew they had it right because they came across an F frequency such as 349.228 Hz. Alas.
She died before COVID was pop. Cool until the end.
