Ok. Must tell you, Jenna. Something happened after Day 6. There was a switch in my body and mind. My body wanted(!) to do Day 7 (which I just completed). I used to be very fit. But life happened and I gained 20 pounds and a flubby body I didn’t recognize. However, I’m in a very good position in my life, again, and have just recently started to exercise to get in shape again. I can’t thank you enough for your videos. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. After many years of bodily decay, I feel my strength and true shape returning fast. Thank you! 🙏💕

Just finished my first week of the 28 day challenge and I already feel stronger. Thank you so much for offering a FREE option to really good wall plates moves. These exercises are what I see in the paid ads that suck you in to monthly a subscription and ANOTHER app on my phone... I've always been a work out at home with a video gal (since the 80's) so it means a lot to me to not have to leave home to get a great workout. Can't wait to see the results after day 28! Something has happened. While I wasn't able to perform all of the moves, I was able to perform more of them than usual and was not nearly as winded, nor did I sweat as much. I'm calling it progress. Thank you, Jenna, for this amazing series. Thank you, Kesha, for hanging in there.
Day 7 done! Love that I can get a workout in after my kids bedtime or while they’re napping. These are so easy to fit into my busy mom schedule and I’m really feeling a difference! Thank you!!
Great clear workouts Jenna! Gotten results in a few days. I doubled up!! But i have to take a rest day every 4 days when doing this. From one trainer to another you are so professional, honest and are a practice what you preach trainer. I love it. A REAL one! Absolutely! The results have been coming swiftly. Muscle memory + Jenna Collins wall pilates = beach bod!! lol my pre-mommy body is just about back!! Yes, the lyrics drive me insane to be honest. Every song that has a decent beat to it generally has lyrics about a break up or something to put you on a huge downer. 😅

I have a problem with the 7 exercise where you have to push the legs so high, does anyone have any tips? I've been doing the workouts for 7 days now and I'm looking forward to it every night I really hope that I get back in shape and stay sporty! Thanks for the great workout🩷
Haha, yes I often have my filming plans ruined by changing weather 😤🥴❄️ I’ve moved inside for the winter this year 😂. Not as aesthetic looking but it’s better than the wind and freezing cold temps
Hey. It’s simply because you’re putting too much pressure on this area and not engaging your glutes and hamstrings enough. Push up and forward with your pelvis rather than pushing down into your upper body and pushing against the wall
Hey. You shouldn’t feel it in your back much but it’s common when you are over using it. This happens when there is a weakness in your core and glutes/ hip area. Work really hard to squeeze your glutes and push up through your hips without thrusting, it needs to be very controlled all the way. Over time you will build strength and the pain should go away. 😀🩷
