Hi, everyone! I just finished Day 16 of this challenge and am feeling the results! Quick question, though: My upper back (skin, not the muscles) is SO SORE! I am using a yoga mat on carpet. Any suggestions? Thank you!
Hey! Well done that’s awesome! 😀👏. Not so great that your upper back is sore though. My suggesting is to really focus on pushing up through your pelvis and contracting your core and glutes as much as possible rather than pushing back through your feet and back into the floor (if this makes sense). This helped me and I don’t get any upper back soreness. Or, if you’re working out with your skin directly on the mat you could wear a tshirt and see how this goes 🩷
I am the same! My thoracic spine is sore. I have tried to be more careful about pulling my tshirt down and not letting it bunch up underneath me! I hope that helps me!

If these pilates workouts are about 20 minutes long, should I do two of it at once or do one pilates and add some different workout to it? 20 minutes seems short time to exercise daily...
Hey! It’s not about the length of time it’s about the quality of the workout. It’s completely up to you if you want to workout longer but 20 minutes is enough. That’s all I do myself. Don’t exercise as your primary way to lose weight either, the foods you eat need to be your number one focus for weight maintenance and then exercise on top to shape your physique and help reach your own personal body goals.

Every day I am learning better body positioning with each exercise. Then it really gets hard!! Defining and shrinking my target areas. ❤

I'm feeling like my postpartum belly is shrinked a bit and i'm discovering some muscles, but i'm up 2kgs from the start. Whats up with that 😢
Muscle weighs more than fat. Could be this! Go on how you feel, the visible changes, don’t worry too much about the weight. 🩷😀
