I made the dough yesterday. I doubled the amount of ingredients from your recipe. I was my first homemade pizza. It turned out super delicious. I made 7 pizzas for me and my friends. I made 2 Hawaiian pizzas, 2 supreme, 2 pepperoni/extra cheese and 1 buffalo chicken pizza. Everybody loved them. They kept complimenting my pizzas. It happens I haven't thanked you yet for that great video,I've seen this 2 months ago and it was the first time for me to bake anything not only pizza,baking was so intimidating for me before but after I saw your heavenly great easy pizza recipe I tried it at home and it was great from the first time and since that you can't imagine how much baking I do at home I make pizza every Wednesday at home with my 3 years old son I'm not only playing with the toppings I'm playing with the sauce,the herbs added to the dough,I'm also baking bread, stuffed bread with millions of fillings,donuts,it gave me courage to try many complicated desserts recipes,who can imagine I'm studying now macaroons,you made me brave and not afraid of any recipe although I used to love cooking but you opened New doors and made me know that it's my passion,I don't know how to thank you just tell me how can I pay you anything back

Omg!!!!! I made this just now and I added 2tsp of garlic powder into the dough mix I also brushed the crust with Evoo and sprinkled some parsley flakes garlic powder and grated Parmesan on crust omg !!!! When I ate it tasted like pizza & garlic bread combined my two loves !!!! Lol 😂 thanks so much for this recipe for amazing dough mix before bed bam!! Ready next day for those with a Pampered Chef Large pizza stone just cut the dough in half makes to large pizzas shape them into a ball and freeze one that’s what I did delicious Gemma to the rescue!!!
JUST MADE IT! IT WAS AMAZING!!! i have no cheese because my family went out and it's finished but it tasted phenomenal with the sauce alone, now i'm waiting for them to get back to show them! tYSM GEMMA!!!!

The 6:48 mark is when my mouth REALLY started watering. I can't wait to make this. So far I've only gotten around to making the homemade microwave potato chips and the granola bars, and my family loves them. First batch of granola bars were the double chocolate, and the latest batch was a peanut butter chocolate chip batch I whipped up. SUPER TASTY and without the chemicals found in the store bought stuff. So glad we found your channel Gemma!

I made this today well started the process yesterday lol...and OMG the doughhhhhh came out beautiful not too sticky not too dry just perfect!!! I followed your tip about not adding all the liquid at once and so glad I did as the results wouldn’t have been so good. Then I followed your marinara recipe from your breakfast eggs video but tweaked abit by also adding sundried tomatoes and abit of tomato ketchup then blended it. Came out amazing! Then I followed your tip about the semolina and adding a separate pan in the oven. I kept it simple with the toppings as you suggested (mozerella and fresh Basil) and ohhhh the end result was just divine! My 2 year old devoured it! So was a huge hit for us! Thank you sooo much Gemma!! Keep up the great work! ❣️👌🏼
O M G!!! We've thrown out our old pizza crust recipe and replaced it with this one!!! I have only one gripe... if we're going to eat pizza we have to plan ahead because of the 12- 18 hours but it's more than worth it!!!! We used melted butter around the crust instead of olive oil.

Once again this recipe turned out perfect! Here in Greece the weather now is just lovely and warm so it really helped the dough to rise and rise. What I love in this dough is those great bubbles formed during the fermentation process! Ohhhh amazing. You really never need a rolling pin too, because the dough is so soft and fluffy that it spreads out pretty easily without much effort either. Since I discovered your recipe I haven't used any other
Delighted to find your channel! This recipe is indeed the best. I use an identical one I learned from Chef John. The key is to weigh the flour to get the right proportion. You may need a little less or more water, just make sure when you first mix the dough it should be shaggy but "just" able to pull away from the side of the bowl. After sitting overnight, if the dough still comes out very wet, I find that a scraper really helps bring the dough together without it sticking on your hands. One baking tip: if you only have a sheet pan like me, bake the first 6min on the very bottom of the stove (closest to the heat source at least in my gas oven), then move to the middle rack for another 6min.
This is sort of random, but I really love ricotta cheese mixed in with the pizza sauce. It makes it super creamy, and if you add some spices and sausage crumbles it's like lasagna. So good.
+tiacahia you are right, I adore Ricotta on pizza. How you tried Mascarpone cheese? Look on my website for the mushroom mascarpone pizza. It is unreal!

I tried the recipe over the weekend and it is GREAT to know that I don't have to spend half of the day kneading, resting and waiting for the dough to rise! Thank you for sharing the recipe! Looks amazing, but how would you make it so that the pizza base is deep and fluffy, if you get what I mean. Could you just make the dough thicker or is it a separate recipe?

Here is what I do: I prepare and proof the dough overnight. Then I portion it, and immediately pop the portions into oiled freezer bags, excluding as much air as possible. Then freeze right away. Then as soon as it is defrosted and rested roll it, and bake it. I hope this helps, but you may need to bake from fresh to get it to your own taste. Gemma 🙂

One baking tip: if you only have a sheet pan like me, bake the first 6min on the very bottom of the stove (closest to the heat source at least in my gas oven), then move to the middle rack for another 6min.
This is sort of random, but I really love ricotta cheese mixed in with the pizza sauce. It makes it super creamy, and if you add some spices and sausage crumbles it's like lasagna. So good.

Yes, this will work for you, if you have two double them up to give a really hot surface for the base :)

Looks amazing, but how would you make it so that the pizza base is deep and fluffy, if you get what I mean. Could you just make the dough thicker or is it a separate recipe?

Hi gemma....can you freeze this dough once proved or before?
Here is what I do: I prepare and proof the dough overnight. Then I portion it, and immediately pop the portions into oiled freezer bags, excluding as much air as possible. Then freeze right away. Then as soon as it is defrosted and rested roll it, and bake it. I hope this helps, but you may need to bake from fresh to get it to your own taste.

I made pizza using crazy dough, everyone loves it, yesterday i made the dough for no knead croissants, kept it in the fridge, will bake it tomorrow...I’m so excited to do it. Hello Gemma! Thanks for your response. FYI - I made all whole wheat and 1/2 n 1/2 - the results for both were that my dough was much drier. I will definitely need to add more liquid next time as the taste was great but the finished pizza crust was tough.
