When you become 10, then you can ask your mom, she will help you in the beginning and then you can try on your own. My parents don't like baking but they always eat everything I bake and sometimes they help me, but they know I can do it by myself. My school just ended today so I will be baking much more, I haven't baked much recently... But when I wrote my original comment I baked a lot. I will now bake much more. Good luck!

I've been making this dozens of times and it never fails. First time was a practice run considering I've never made pizza before, so it didn't turn out perfect. Ever since it's been delicious. top it with tuna, ham and pepperoni. One of those pizzas will last for 2 meals for a grown man that will fill you up! it's cheap, delicious and relatively easy to make, tastes good even if microwave reheated leftovers, just lot of prepping that is all but it's well worth it. only changes I've made is that I use bit less salt in the tomato sauce and I press the dough straight to an oven plate and the pizza bakes fine in 250 Celsius which is just under the burning point of conventional oven paper. This was the best recipe we've tried so far in our quest to make great pizza at home - a quest that is in its beginning stages. An important note: do let the dough come to room temperature after it has been refrigerated, as she advises. I found the dough was springing back so much when it was cold that it was hard to stretch it properly without breaking. But when it warmed up, I had no problem stretching it.
I made this dough then realized it had to rise for 4hrs & sit for 24hrs. I had to come up with another meal for my family. The next day I made the pizza and OMG! It was amazing, my family loved it they Said it was restaurant quality. We will never have to pay $40+ for pizza again. I will have this dough pre-made and on hand from now on. Totally worth the wait.

I made your dough recipe yesterday, and made my pizza, today! I used my own home grown tomatoes & heirloom grown tomatoes, to make my sauce. I put Italian Sausage, Mushrooms, Sweet Yellow Bell Peppers, Sweet Onions, Black Olives, diced Green Chilis, Sweet Black Forest Ham, and lots of Mozzerella Cheese. I made pizza with this crust. It was delicious. My crust did not get so thin in the middle which delighted me. It was just right, not too thin or thick. I brushed it with EVOO and the crust was bubbly, crisp and chewy. Perfect! Thanks for sharing!

I made one mistake. I didn’t let the dough come to room temperature before starting to form it. The first half, I really had a hard time stretching it but it looks really good as it is cooking. The second half I will let it reach room temperature. It is the best pizza 🍕 dough recipe that I have come across. The prepping was worth every minute. Thank you for sharing 👍🏾

That's like the best looking pizza cooked in a regular oven ever! I like that cold fermentation technique. Gotta try that. That dough looks so good that I bet you could use the same recipe/technique and form little loaves instead of a pizza, and you would have fresh ciabatta. Yum!
I have made this two times so far and both of the times it’s turned out great. I actually have one in the fridge right now that I’m going to make pizza out of. The white sauce recipe is also really easy and amazing.
Great video Natasha! For people like me, not a great baker, this is good and easy to do. Give it time to develop in the fridge. I just made a pizza last night and it was good. I forgot mine while rising in the oven(that was off) before putting it in the fridge. It was in the oven 12 hours, didn't hurt it. I left mine in the fridge for 2.5 days and it does stretch nice and easy without getting holes. I don't have a pizza stone or steel, but I'm going to get one(depending on price lol). Mine was on an aluminum pizza tray with holes on the bottom. I cooked mine at 550* for 3 minutes then I put to hi broil for 5 minutes and it came out great! Cell structure was smaller due to time in fridge, but tasted great. Bottom wasn't crispy due to no pizza stone/steel. BTW, I could stretch my dough thin actually too thin. I had a 16" pizza lol. I wouldn't do that if I were you. lol Mine also didn't bloom much before I put it in the flour. Tried another batch of water without salt, I put the salt in the flour and mixed it in, and it bloomed a little bit but not much. Could be due to me keeping my yeast in the freezer. Resting at room temp the yeast went crazy, lol. When I put it in the fridge, the next day it was going crazy in there, also. I could taste the honey as I think mine has some flavor added. Not a fan of that but it was fine. I'd probably use plain sugar next time.

I have made many recipies for pizza dough over the past 20 years. But this one surpasess them all! That folding technique and proofing the dough in the frig, really makes a difference! Wonderful recipe and I've now made it 4 times....After it is ready for the oven, I put some kosher salt on the edge of the crust. When the crust is left it is like a pretzel, but better. Love the white sauce. For the red sauce, I add very light drizzle of EVO and use several different combinations of toppings, one meat - bacon, sausage, garlic, cheese - mozzarella or goat, sometimes caramelized onions with mushrooms. Clearly, you test out your recipes thoroughly!

I came across your video last week. I made the pizza dough on Friday and made this pizza tonight (Sunday). It was amazing! This is the closest my pizza has ever come to restaurant style. Whoever is reading this trust me you should try at once, then you will be making every other day 😁 Btw I didn’t have pizza stone, to get pizza stone style crust without having one follow this method and thanks me later. I am using this from long time and always hit , I hope Natasha will pin this comment to help others😏 Method to make pizza without Stone: - Turn on baking oven on grill setting at full heat or maybe 225C. - Place baking tray upside down in the top middle rack, place foil and slightly brush oil on top. - Also heat flat pan (preferably tawa as it’s flattened and easy to move pizza) on stove. - Take wooden board or any flat board, dust with semolina, take dough ball and enlarge it using fingers or both hands. - Once you have reached at required size, transfer on stove by taking wooden board closer to tawa to avoid destroying shape. - Control heat by doing at medium or as required. - Spread marinara sauce and cheese. - Let it cook bottom completely, you can check if it has turned to required colour. - Then transfer partially cooked pizza to baking oven. - Cook for 5 to 7 minutes until reached to desired colour. - Take out from oven, sprinkle some parsley and then serve.

Update!: So I put the dough in the fridge for 2 hours instead of the 24 and cooked it and it turned out great! It was super tasty I ate three pieces 😂 I’m gonna ferment the other dough portion for a few days and see how that one turns out!

This pizza crust recipe is superb; it's easy to make and tastes great. I've made over a dozen pizzas with this recipe. I had success with both making it as the recipe directed with active dry yeast, but also making it with instant yeast. I just mixed the water, salt (this was, in my case, regular table salt), and honey together, and then I combined the flour and instant yeast together separately. I then made a well in the flour and immediately poured the liquid in it and prepared the dough as directed. This eliminated the proofing step. Thank you for another great recipe.

I’ve made this recipe many times and it was sooo good. However today I made few mistakes and my pizza didn’t rise ( I only kept it for 1 hour and I kept it near the heater and it kinda got over heated too) so the pizza didn’t rise and it was little hard on the crust but it’s still so yummy!! My husband was eating the crust with butter LOL Your recipes are always reliable and comes out good even when you make bunch of mistakes!! THANKS NATASHA 😂🎉

I put Italian Sausage, Mushrooms, Sweet Yellow Bell Peppers, Sweet Onions, Black Olives, diced Green Chilis, Sweet Black Forest Ham, and lots of Mozzerella Cheese. OMG....my husband is in love.....with my pizza. He loves the crispy, thin crust with the great flavor & a slight sweetness from the honey. Making him the second one, tomorrow. Oh Lord....I'm going to be making pizza for the rest of my life, I bet....lol....😳💖

I made pizza with this crust. It was delicious. My crust did not get so thin in the middle which delighted me. It was just right, not too thin or thick. I brushed it with EVOO and the crust was bubbly, crisp and chewy. Perfect! Thanks for sharing!

I made one mistake. I didn’t let the dough come to room temperature before starting to form it. The first half, I really had a hard time stretching it but it looks really good as it is cooking. The second half I will let it reach room temperature. It is the best pizza 🍕 dough recipe that I have come across. The prepping was worth every minute. Thank you for sharing 👍🏾

That's like the best looking pizza cooked in a regular oven ever! I like that cold fermentation technique. Gotta try that. That dough looks so good that I bet you could use the same recipe/technique and form little loaves instead of a pizza, and you would have fresh ciabatta. Yum!

Great video Natasha! For people like me, not a great baker, this is good and easy to do. Give it time to develop in the fridge. I just made a pizza last night and it was good. I forgot mine while rising in the oven(that was off) before putting it in the fridge. It was in the oven 12 hours, didn't hurt it. I left mine in the fridge for 2.5 days and it does stretch nice and easy without getting holes. I don't have a pizza stone or steel, but I'm going to get one(depending on price lol). Mine was on an aluminum pizza tray with holes on the bottom. I cooked mine at 550* for 3 minutes then I put to hi broil for 5 minutes and it came out great! Cell structure was smaller due to time in fridge, but tasted great. Bottom wasn't crispy due to no pizza stone/steel. BTW, I could stretch my dough thin actually too thin. I had a 16" pizza lol. I wouldn't do that if I were you. lol
Mine also didn't bloom much before I put it in the flour. Tried another batch of water without salt, I put the salt in the flour and mixed it in, and it bloomed a little bit but not much. Could be due to me keeping my yeast in the freezer. Resting at room temp the yeast went crazy, lol. When I put it in the fridge, the next day it was going crazy in there, also. I could taste the honey as I think mine has some flavor added. Not a fan of that but it was fine. I'd probably use plain sugar next time.

I even cooked in a brick oven.
I just made another batch this morning, it should be ready for the fridge soon. This time I'm making your red sauce. I should be having it in a few days.

Wonderful recipe and I've now made it 4 times....After it is ready for the oven, I put some kosher salt on the edge of the crust. When the crust is left it is like a pretzel, but better. Love the white sauce. For the red sauce, I add very light drizzle of EVO and use several different combinations of toppings, one meat - bacon, sausage, garlic, cheese - mozzarella or goat, sometimes caramelized onions with mushrooms. Clearly, you test out your recipes thoroughly!

Wow, wow, wow! I have been making pizza for my family every Sunday for the past 5 years. I have tried tons of different recipes, and have been content with one for the past year or so. Btw I didn’t have pizza stone, to get pizza stone style crust without having one follow this method and thanks me later. I am using this from long time and always hit , I hope Natasha will pin this comment to help others😏
Method to make pizza without Stone:
- Turn on baking oven on grill setting at full heat or maybe 225C.
- Place baking tray upside down in the top middle rack, place foil and slightly brush oil on top.
- Also heat flat pan (preferably tawa as it’s flattened and easy to move pizza) on stove.
- Take wooden board or any flat board, dust with semolina, take dough ball and enlarge it using fingers or both hands.
- Once you have reached at required size, transfer on stove by taking wooden board closer to tawa to avoid destroying shape.
- Control heat by doing at medium or as required.
- Spread marinara sauce and cheese.
- Let it cook bottom completely, you can check if it has turned to required colour.
- Then transfer partially cooked pizza to baking oven.
- Cook for 5 to 7 minutes until reached to desired colour.
- Take out from oven, sprinkle some parsley and then serve.

Update!: So I put the dough in the fridge for 2 hours instead of the 24 and cooked it and it turned out great! It was super tasty I ate three pieces 😂 I’m gonna ferment the other dough portion for a few days and see how that one turns out!

This pizza crust recipe is superb; it's easy to make and tastes great. I've made over a dozen pizzas with this recipe. I had success with both making it as the recipe directed with active dry yeast, but also making it with instant yeast. I just mixed the water, salt (this was, in my case, regular table salt), and honey together, and then I combined the flour and instant yeast together separately. I then made a well in the flour and immediately poured the liquid in it and prepared the dough as directed. This eliminated the proofing step.

I’ve made this recipe many times and it was sooo good. However today I made few mistakes and my pizza didn’t rise ( I only kept it for 1 hour and I kept it near the heater and it kinda got over heated too) so the pizza didn’t rise and it was little hard on the crust but it’s still so yummy!! My husband was eating the crust with butter LOL
