I don't even own this yet I watched the entire thing. Nice camera work and thorough instructions! I own a 06 Burgman 400 type S, and I would absolutely hate to have to take off so many plastics.
I picked up a burgman 650 last year with some crash damage, been slowly getting comfortable with it and figuring out what's missing and how to take apart certain things. This video was super informative. Thank you!
Very, VERY well done video. No unnecessary sound, useful hand gestures when needed for pulling parts apart, and very detailed. Although I am fully capable of this level of disassembly, it is really nice to see what has to be done beforehand in order to anticipate troubles. I do thank you and you have a well deserved new subscriber. I will keep this video handy when i get my new to me 2006 Suzuki Bergman 650 in early April. Thank you very much my friend
I have to admit, that I completely stripped my helix, built wire frames for LED lights, and rode it a whole summer before putting it back together. It got a lot more looks stripped down. A.lot more comfortable and practical dressed up. Cool vid.
Mega film. Dziękuję i pozdrawiam
I love my 650! Last year I rode from Dallas to San Diego, San Francisco, Moab, Pikes Peak and back home. It was 4100 miles in four days And I had a blast. The best part is the whole trip cost only $430
Excellent video, thank you. 2 questions if I may: are the various screws Phillips? I would expect they are JIS. And how do you keep track of all different screws, washers, bolts and so on?
I love the channel and appreciate all of the helpful 'How to' videos. I have a 2016 Forza300...I haven't had any luck finding a video showing body panels removal...any chance that you know of one? Thanks for all your help.
You're welcome! :) Hey I have Forza videos here bit.ly/HondaForzaMSS ... in coolant video I show some panel remove / install... I will make more when I have a chance to work on Forza again
I’m thinking of buying one next month thanks for the video man I wanne build some speakers on it this gives me a great inside of what I have to deal it 🤙🏼👊🏼😇
Do you get the Honda ADV350 out in the islands ? we have it here in Britain , it's a hoot , its my first scoot (still have m/cycles ) . fast enough for motorways 80-85mph 47ltr under seat storage , and so agile !! why did it take me so long ?
Спасибо за информативное и очень познавательное видео, в феврале этого года приобрел себе бурга, теперь знаю, как если ,что разобрать на нем пластик. Подписался👍👍👍💪💪💪
One of the most over-engineered bikes of all time, but considering the time period and Suzuki's then goal of making one scooter that ends all scooters, the rationale is somewhat justifiable; it just seems to me that they didn't go far enough and used a straight up metal car belt that can be run wet.
It is not for entertainment, it's about learn how to work on scooters and did you read "About me" on my channel, you might feel guilty about your comment 🤦🏼♂️

When you put the rubber foot things back, it's hard. They have nipples on the back. Lubricate the nipples with grease and they slide right in.
WHAT IS THE JOB YOUR GOING TO DO THAT NEEDS ALL THAT BODYWOK GONE ?
It didn't bother to show how you take the blinker lens covers off 🙄
