18 million fasteners later and you get a hooligan scooter... 🤣🤣🤣 Great job Mitch... it would probably take a novice 3 days to get where you were at... luckily you've torn enough of these apart to know how to take them apart. Great job and great complete video for those needing to work on a certain part of their scoot and the sections which need to be removed.
Great video. I have been riding my Burgman 400 in Amsterdam for years for my work as a service technician, and previously owned the 650 3 times. top engines. Greetings from cold Amsterdam.
Working on Maxi scotter is easy but removing the plastic is pain. You guys are awsome for sharing such a indepth video wondering if you have such video for Honda silverwing 600 ? Thank you
Hi! Do you know something about fender liner to protect the engine from rear wheel dirt? Doesn't come from the factory.... Or what would you recommend?
I just aquired an ole' 90-cc Honda BROAD (here in Japan) I can get it to start via the electric started and jumper leads (the battery is a bit crap) but the kick started is totally locked up, also the rear wheel is engaged and won't stop at idle.............any ideas? Oh I just found you and I am your latest subby. Soldie on!
@@MitchsScooterStuff someone pulled in front of me and I took a spill only plastics and the front v shaped metal that the front plastics mount to got damaged still runs perfect aside from the battery being dead now also .So sad I worked so hard to have it be perfect and it was gone in a second :{ I miss riddin it very much . your videos were my usual go to for burgman videos you make really great content and have an awesome personality keep the vids coming man. I need to learn to be better with fixing like you .
Did this to my xmax250. Repaired rust, acf 50 whole frame and reassembled. Why does plastic never want to go back in same place😂. Fittings look superior on this
Ohhhhhh mannnnn I bet that is one awesome touring bike!! I always notice them if I see them out and about!! Yeah!! (might be a little too heavy for me? But daaaaannnng!!) That is one sexy bike!!! xo
If you take the front panel off, there's a feed on the right hand side (as you face the bike) you can connect to. It's not wired to the ignition so you'll need a separate switch for your lights. I've connected my phone mount which has a built-in usb port using this.
My 2019 Burgman has some damage to the front leg shield on the right hand side, and I would like to replace part "SHIELD, LEG FR SIDE RH". Would you recommend removing the entire nose cover as you did here to make that repair?
@@MitchsScooterStuff No, it is part of the nose cover you remove at 7:40 in this video. The silver plastic shielding which connects the headlight and turning indicator. But thanks so much for having a comprehensive library of maintenance guides!
Hello Mitch. Please, what could be the cause for a Suzuki skywave CJ46A 400cc 2014 model to vibrate on low speed? This vibration is coming from the clutch side. Note: the clutch and variator are new ones.

A very useful video, Mitch. Thank you. There's no way, without this video, that I could have got some of those panels off without breaking them.
Mitch, you are a hero for every scooter driver.
I drive a Burgman 400 2016 and everytime i want to work on it, I watch your videos.
Thank you so much!
Wow, thanks for the comment! ❤️🙂

You’re welcome! I will try to do that soon 👍🏼
The manufacturer seems not to have considered coolant😢,I hope you can find a way to make it easier to replace the coolant
Thank you very much for such a fantastic video. I also need to change the coolant. I thank you in advance.
Hey! Congrats on the 100k

Thanks for the great video, i have same colour burgman 400.
28:19 is this the only way to reach the radiator cap?
Oh no yeah look like :( ... harder than 2007 - 2016 model.... but you can only check the level in tank by gas cap to top it off
A smontare è facile ma rimettere a posto voglio vedere !

One Question: How did you get your bike so _CLEAN_ before starting this project; or, was it Brand New?
It was brand new - only a month old in video

Mitch we would like know your system for keeping track of all the parts you removed, or is that a trade secret??
I was just thinking the same - my OCD would be going crazy!
Watch film back?

Hey, I would say worn out rollers... did you inspect the rollers / sliders? The clutch... is it OEM or aftermarket?
Класс!!! Только как теперь это все собрать?

Hallo, would you like a 2023 Honda SH Mode 125 strip?
Yes I do
Hello.. I'm interested in 2003 Suzuki burgman 400.. how to install new seat lock mechanism, because it missed on the my scooter.
You can get a used or new lock, I think only 2 or 3 bolts that hold lock on the rear subframe… hook up with wire
awesome~~~great jobs
