Please make more videos! I’m loving your content. I’m going through parosmia at the moment and it is honestly the weirdest thing ever, I was a massive foodie and now I don’t even want to think about meal time🙄 I’m trying to find safe foods, I think some foods taste bad on the first bite but after a few bites they start tasting normal, other foods are the opposite they’re fine at first and then they start tasting bad. And of course some are just a no go completely. It’s frustrating not knowing when you will recover but then again you could wake up one day and it will all be fine so stay hopeful!!
hiiii!!! im three weeks in and mann this really sucks. i have constant headaches and i really dont wanna go out anymore. i try to fake it as much as i can so i dont become an inconvenience to anyone, but the smell and taste is so bad that i begin to cry sometimes. I know im only three weeks in but i already feel so different and so annoyed with everything. Even when the people i love ask me if i wanna go out, i become angry because i feel like they dont understand how much this taste and smell drives me crazy. But i KNOW i shouldnt be mad because they DONT understand and thats okay. Seeing your video was a breath of fresh air even though I cried. It was really nice to see someone around my age (im 17 and im just assuming your age lol) who can relate to me. I really hope you get better very very soon. One day, you're just gonna wake up and feel much better!!! Please keep avoiding being depressed and know im praying for you. And by the way, your videos are really helpful!!!
I am in it for two months now. Ghos onions and garlic which i ised to like to cook with now i cannot bear them. All chinses food which i used to like now I cannot eat it anymore.
Pretty good. Some smells/tastes have come back to normal but there’s still a lot that hasn’t. I think I’ve kinda gotten used to it though and figured out the best things to eat which is nice. Hope you’re doing well!
I’m 8 months in, I feel you. I went through the depression and still taking it one day at a time. But I feel like my whole relationship with food has changed. It’s some that I have to do, rather than something I enjoy or find pleasure in. It hasn’t gotten better, but it has gotten easier to manage 🙃 You should post some recipes of what you eat!
@@sarahi4266 hey, even I m suffering with the same problem. In my case I can eat any green vegetables without onion and garlic. Dairy products too is fine. Meat, onion, garlic, strong spices, rice are big NO ! I m hungry all the time.
