No, he's not "underrated", you're ignorant: I grew up watching him on "Rules of Engagement" and "Family Guy". "Rules..." lasted SEVEN seasons (I loved Megyn Price back in the day so I watched all seasons) and he still does "Family Guy" after a gazillion years.

The way Patrick Warburton composes his character is amazing. Makes me laugh even when he doesn't say anything. He and Julia make a great comedy team.
When he’s selling Jerry a car and Jerry calls Elaine and she ask “is he sitting and just staring?” and the camera cuts to him doing it😆😆
He really was perfect for the Tick. I wish that show caught on.

Usually you get the male perspective of “Women-they are a mystery” and all that doesn’t make sense to men about women. With Puddy, you get the female perspective of how men can be utterly baffling with things they do, like think about nothing of meaning, but random things like chip dip meals. It’s pretty masterful of Larry David to capture it so well.
The chips and dip meal is something I can imagine Jerry Seinfeld musing about ironically. In Puddy, they have a character who delivers the material entirely in earnest.

The characters in Seinfeld were a little too sleazy for my tastes. Great talent throughout. I prefer Home Improvement and Fresh Prince of Belaire. Never watched Friends.
Mr Warburton is a criminally underrated actor IMO - I still laugh at Rules of Engagement and I cant say the same of too many old sitcoms.
Rules of engagement was brilliant. Loved it.
I’m in my 60s and binge-watching ALL OF SEINFELD is in my bucket list. I figure 4-7 days should do it.
I did it a year ago and already am thinking about doing it again 😄 show is so fantastic.

I love that even with the fact that aside from the parents and George/Susan, Elaine and Puddy are the closest thing to a long-term relationship in the series, we still get the casual brutality of "the man you're currently sleeping with."
