    I really enjoyed this one today! Totally fun and good music too! Fun With Four is my favorite type of workout and this one was really cool how you just kept repeating the sequence adding on each move without too much down bounce in between. Made it more challenging. Loved it!! 💚💜🧡❤

    I did this one, along with the last Beginner's Week workout and it was a fun combo! I did change my cords to the firm setting and I could tell a difference in the bounce and intensity. Thanks, Nikki!

      Audio is one of the hardest parts of videography for me. I don't have a lot of fancy equipment so occasionally the volume levels get off. I'll try to get it right in the next one!

      @@nicolei9876 Did you have a brand recommendation? What type of mixer to capture both voice audio and music? I cannot plug a mic into my recording device and still have it capture the music so I welcome recommendations! I own the rode wireless go which I use through ecamm software for live workouts but the lag prevents me from using it for workouts on the beat. I think I need a mixer, but know nothing about them. I’m a fitness instructor who had to go online due to the pandemic so navigating the tech side is a challenge to say the least! I cannot seem to find a good answer for what others are using. I’d love recommendations!
