Whoo! I just graduated from the 5min Beginner Series and found this quite challenging but not completely impossible. I did fall back to the health bounce for a bit during the "run" portions, but always rejoined once I caught my breath. Making progress! So glad I found your channel - I haven't enjoyed a higher intensity exercise like this in almost a decade! ❤
I worked at an ag paper for 30 years typing and scheduling ag related ads including auctions. I probably learned more about cow udders than I needed to know. When I left the paper, the WI Auctioneers Association nominated me for Friend of WI Auctioneers award for that year. I really enjoyed the simple workout as well as it took me back to farm implement ad days.
This was so fun seeing your farm at work! It totally took me back to my days of hauling ag. I did everything from picking up my loaded trailers in the corn (or wheat or other grains) fields and taking them to the storage bins. To loading at the bins and taking it into the big elevators so they could load it into railcars. Or taking it to feed lots or sometimes to the port to be loaded onto a ship. Nice workout too.
I had shoulder surgery 3 months ago. Rehab is extremely long. I have sat around for 3 months. I needed to get back in the groove but something gentle on body and shoulders. I altered this a bit. A fantastic workout! I feel great and sweated! Thank you!
Thank you Nikki. Got my rebounder 4 weeks ago. Been training a lot with your videos and toda I felt strong enough to do this one!!! And I could do it yeah!! btw, i‘m 64 and I think I’ve never felt this great in a very long time. Also, I am diabetic - had one cup noodle and my blood sugar went up to 17+… dropped down to 10 and still dropping after this workout. 💪✌🏻❤️
Just what I needed today after shoveling 7 " of Snow earlier. Thank you Nikki I always have to chuckle when you get dowsed in Corn Dust from the Silo.❤😂
This was great! I enjoyed watching how the farm works. We just drove through Nebraska a couple of weeks ago. We stayed at Lake Ogallala. Thanks for the video
girl this was my absolute fav!!!! I love the outdoor workouts hands down plus seeing all that beautiful JD equipment💚💛 during corn 🌽🌽harvest. Keep these coming 🥰
Harvest season, what a marvelous time of the year🍎🍇🥬. Thank you, Nikki for this lovely quick and efficient workout😘. This is the time of the year where I am out in nature a lot, picking apples, collecting walnuts, harvesting rosehip and hawthorn berries (making my own rosehip powder and fall berries vinegar for the first time). So short workouts are very welcome😍.
Loving the beginner series. Looking forward to working up to membership group. Your outfits are so cute…do you ever share with “what I wore today” info?
This was so fun and fascinating! I've always lived in a metropolitan area, so this was really interesting to watch. I have so many logistical questions about corn now. 🤔
Hi there and thanks for watching! Sure, I'd be happy to make some suggestions. I'm going to point you toward my rebounder walk workouts. Don't be fooled by the word "walk." All that means is that they are closed chain movement so I'm still doing lots of various rebounding moves, but I'm not fully airborne. They are a nice steady state cardio that will get you sweating. I'm going to link the 30 minute MOTOWN because it's popular, but anything in this playlist is worth checking out. th-cam.com/video/B9NVxKQrSPU/w-d-xo.html
Does the type of the trampoline matters? Or the ropes/ springs tension? I find it hard to sustain a certain rythm ( especially at the quick songs)... it's like the trampoline bounces against myself..i.e. it works against me in a bad way. It makes me get out of the song rythm. Would like your opinion on that ❤️🙏
I've just started doing these but I'm not sure how much my back is meant to be bent forward. It feels a bit odd what im doing. Any help would be great thanks 😊 🇳🇿
You don't have to hinge forward much. It's an athletic ready position. Make sure your core is firmly engaged. If your back is hurting, something is off.
I absolutely loved this workout. Got my blood pumping, quick and easy moves I didn’t have to think about. And loved seeing a running American farm!
Thank you!!
Oh my goodness…the machinery in the background! Love it!
Have you always lived the farming life?
This will be my workout tomorrow morning. Thanks!
@@dianebright9366 🩷 For the most part. I grew up on this farm and live in the house built by my great grandparents.

That's a cool story! I bet that felt good when they nominated you!!
Yeah. Except I had to go up front and get the plaque. But very fun group.

Hi, what rebounder are you using in this video?
Jumpsport 350Pro available here: www.earthandowl.com
I know u recommend expensive rebounders but have u tried Walmarts? They sell one in store just curious if u have tried it.
I tried the stamina rebounder from Walmart, but didn’t care for it.
Does the type of the trampoline matters? Or the ropes/ springs tension?
I find it hard to sustain a certain rythm ( especially at the quick songs)... it's like the trampoline bounces against myself..i.e. it works against me in a bad way. It makes me get out of the song rythm. Would like your opinion on that ❤️🙏
Yes, it matters. There are some pretty low quality rebounders on the market. The models I use are on my website www.earthandowl.com
@@EarthOwlthank you. Will check that. I'm in Australia Pretty limited choices down here

Good workout. Just don't like the music.
You can mute the sound and play your own. That's the beauty of "no talk" workouts.
