It feels weird, but it's almost getting to the point where it's hard to listen to Spiritualized. It's like, it's too much. I don't know if that makes sense. It's overload. Every song just hits way deep down. It's the only music that feels like the past, present, and future, all happening at the same time. One song alone can make me dwell on things I did a long time ago, fixate on things that haven't happened yet, and fill me with appreciation for all of the good things happening right now. The world has always been tragic and beautiful, the world is still tragic and beautiful, and the world will always be tragic and beautiful. J just gets it. Like I said, it's getting hard to listen to. But it's always so f-cking good, obviously I'm never gonna stop.

Saw them in Detroit last month. 6th or 7th time in the past 15 yrs and even got a pic with him yrs ago 😊 I’m a 55 y/o woman but can’t put into words how deeply this man’s music has touched me or even why. But it’s the most beautiful music I have ever heard and brings me to tears often. I hope we have him around for many more years. Thank you so much J. ❤
