Was hoping you were going to address the cooking aspect of guest houses. My understanding is Pv and scottsdale have changed and don’t allow full kitchens (cooking) in additional structures? That only if it’s attached to the main thus being considered secondary kitchen of main home. Is this accurate? Do they still allow detached guest house with full kitchen? Thanks
You are correct. They don’t allow for kitchens. They have to be a really simple basic version
